Was in the store today a lady working there was very short and not friendly at all. She was a older lady wearing a knee brace. She was complaining about having to come into work and complaining about her knee. Besides her the service has always been perfect and the food fresh and very good. The other ladies young and older are always nice. This lady I'm speaking of is the only problem I have had.

I used to enjoy visiting this Subway, but unfortunately, the customer service has significantly declined. During my visit this evening 5/27, my brother encountered a staff member named LeAnn who was extremely rude and dismissive. He greeted her multiple times upon entering the restaurant, but she did not acknowledge him once. I was on FaceTime with him as he attempted to place our order, and her sarcastic tone and lack of professionalism were clearly apparent. My brother ultimately chose not to order because he did not feel comfortable having her prepare his food. I later went in to request the manager’s contact information and addressed the situation directly. I explained that her treatment of my brother was unwelcoming and unacceptable. Instead of listening respectfully, she simply nodded dismissively. When I mentioned that I’ve worked in customer service for over 16 years and understand the challenges of the job, she responded by saying she has three jobs. I explained, it does not excuse poor customer service. Respectful, courteous service should always be the standard—regardless of personal circumstances. I am extremely disappointed.

Esther was the most amazing lady that I met today. I've been wanting subway for over a year or more but couldn't find one that I was pleased with until today. Esther's hospitality and service was top tier. I feel delighted that I can now have my subway. If she's not there, then I'll wait until she's back on schedule. I have been in three times in one week and they had only WHITE or GHOST PEPPER BREAD!!!! DO BETTER.....also the gentlemen who fixed my sandwich literally on a footlong put 5 slices of roast beef on it mostly bread like a solid 3 inches literally had no meat... this subway in the Plaza used to be so good now it just sucks!

I can’t give it a zero star the service was terrible, I ordered double meat and got a half of scoop extra meat and paid $16.89 for a subway sandwich!! The employees were extremely RUDE and had zero respect for the customers! The place was absolutely filthy for a place that serves food!! They really need to do better training their employees and teach them about customer service! I’ll never go to a subway again!!
