I went to pick up my sandwich from Subway today using my Disney perks, which allowed me to get a free footlong. When I opened the sandwich, there were barely any toppings and no cheese at all. I’ll attach a photo because it honestly looked nothing like a normal Subway sandwich.
I called the store to ask about it, and the employee told me, “It’s a free sandwich. We make it a special way.” When I asked what that meant and why there was no cheese or toppings, he insisted he had put cheese on it and repeated that they “make it a special way” because it was free. He then said, “What do you want me to do about it? It’s a free sandwich.”
The customer service was honestly terrible. A free sandwich shouldn’t mean a low-quality sandwich. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but being dismissive and giving customers barely any toppings is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Omar gave excellent service ensuring he took the time to get my order right, he also was cleaning, and helping a customer find the address to the area due to being locked out of his car. He needs some recognition I’ve never had that great of service at a subway in my entire life! A+++++

New management is really good. We had bad experience in past but new Hispanic girl was working there was really attentive and skilled. Food preparation was so good and taste too. Will go back mow

I ordered The Boss sub through the subway app. Once I finally got a chance to eat the sub there was no provolone on the sub and the sub didn't even feel or seem toasted. The Boss is basically a Meatball Marinara sub with pepperoni. But they only served me a sub with Meatballs and pepperoni on. Not only did I overpay but the sandwich was wrapped so poorly that the entire wrap fell apart and the sandwich dropped in my lap and stained my pants while trying to take it out of the bag. Worst sub and customer service ever. I won't be getting ANYTHING from this Subway location EVER again.

The food was good the service was very unprofessional is will I had to go up there 2 times after things being left out of the bag no salad dressing no cookies for our combo and after that the lady said she can only give us one cookie per person because the rest of the cookies in the case was stale

The employees here are clueless. They have no idea what they’re doing or about the sandwiches they’re making. They only had white and wheat bread, and the last time I tried this location that was all they had then too. So I guess they only make those 2 breads? The worst two breads subway offers.. their fountain drinks come out just straight foam so they are flat if you can manage to actually fill the cup up. One employee sitting at a table was talking bad about the previous customer to the employees behind the counter openly where everyone can hear. The guy was only upset because they couldn’t figure out how to use the register to take his payment.

Just like the Walmart it is in. This Subway was a disappointment. The sandwich I got. The lettuce was soured, the mayo was slapped on a ton ! Cucumbers were bad. All in all avoid this one.

The manager left the employee all by himself and not helped him with the line very busy. He did all can do to help one customer at a time. The manager is not being fair at all. Somebody needs to make him manager.

Don’t order on the app with these guys, if it’s more then they want to make they will not make it. They will tell the app your order is done but when you come. The kids will say they never got the order. Found out they lied to me about my food and I can’t get a refund. Had to calm down and remember $50 is not worth going to jail.
