Older lady is slower than molasses in January. The last time the guy in front of me told her a large meal and she still gave him a small. I told her ham on the sandwich and then she asked what meat. She asked if I wanted toasted and I said no. She still started placing it in the toaster.

Stopped to order 3 footlocker subs but young lady ignored me I asked was they open for attention and she stated she's busy I kindly left and took my money elsewhere I will never make someone take my money nor accept Rude customer service and 2 other customers left behind me saying that's right we don't have to make no one take our money smh. Never again!!

Approximately on or around March 7th 2025 at 7:45 p.m. I overheard one of the employees telling another employee to put less vegetables on my sandwiches because I had a coupon. There is a sign outside on the serving glass, saying that you should present your coupon before ordering. To me this gives me the indicates that this Subway is biased towards customers who have coupons. It was an older Indian lady who gave the younger Indian lady instructions to give less vegetables to people who have coupons. The older lady thought I did not understand her and her language but I have a set of AI earpieces that translate 144 languages. Due to the bias I will not be returning to this subway It made me angry and frustrated. And I also felt cheated.

I will never order from this subway again ! I placed a order online and they barley put any meat on my sandwich they barley put any pickles they put a lot of mayo and i asked for a little .I also asked for my sandwich too be toasted and it wasn’t ! I called up there too speak too the manager and he was very disrespectful and nasty . I asked him for his name and he told me in order to get his name i had too come up there i also asked for the district managers number and he refused too give it too me ! His tone and demeanor was very nasty ! Before i hung up he told me to never order from this subway again & im fine with that because i’m definitely not spending my money nowhere i’m not welcomed or disrespected at ! & I definitely will be taking this too the district they need too find better workers ! If i could give them 0 stars i definitely would .
