my first time eating subway & i’ll never get it again. i’m honestly disgusted. they need a health department check. hair in my food, black specs floating in the drinks i think it could’ve been the ice, hope it wasn’t mold. customer service was okay though. but never again

Won’t be back and neither will my company patronize this business again. We order WEEKLY!! Ordered delivery and according to their employees, it’s the driver’s responsibility to grab chips and drinks. They messed up my order on two separate occasions. Typically not a big deal, I give people a chance to make it right. What is an issue is the manager’s blatant disrespect and lack of concern for the customer. Tried to work it out, he wouldn’t listen. Now my bank will rectify the situation and get my money back. Sucks it had to come to that. People would rather be right, even when wrong, instead of addressing concerns of paying customers. Sad. Congratulations on mediocrity and good luck with the future. From one business owner to another, these are not the habits of successful people or lucrative businesses. ✌🏽

Didn’t feel comfortable going into the restaurant. The young man was not organized and I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Won’t be coming back to this subway again.

Went there on Tuesday afternoon and the young man on there fixed my salad up really nice. Customer service was great.
Put in a mobile order and went to pick it up at the time listed. Order was not ready and staff chose to take care of in store customers first, while my order had been started already. My bread was laying there. This happened despite a generous tip. Other workers standing around and talking loudly in the back. This is the second time something like this has happened. Staff aren’t good.

I came a week ago and ordered a breakfast sandwich through the app which included egg and when I got there the young lady informed me they were out of eggs, so I asked for a refund and was issued one. I came back over a week later and ordered the same sandwich, thinking they would surely have stocked up on eggs by now, when I got there, the younger, black dude handed me my sandwich and when I got to work, I noticed there was no eggs on my sandwich. I called and he said they were out (STILL). I asked why he didn’t tell me that when I came to pick up the sandwich and he said “the app should have told you that”. Well, the app did not. He said he would issue me a refund that I still have not received. This Subway is not managed well. 1 star.
They don't accept coupons which is the only way I would eat here. Not worth the money.
Service started out a little slow as they appeared to be short staffed. The store was extremely busy with only 1 worker who appeared to be new and the manager working between msking sandwiches and running the register. My 3pm pick-up time turned into a 45 min. Visit. However, I am confident it would have been much shorter because my party platter was already prepared. The sandwich tray was good, and everything turned out just fine.

Went in for a regular Philly 6” meal and the man tried to charge me $19 dollars for the meal I’m like no that can’t be right then he said $14.54 I’mLike that still can’t be right for. Philly 6” meal so I’m looking at the receipt and he is trying to charge for the Philly 2x meat and cheese !! So buyer beware at this location and check the price they are charging to try and get extra money ? at your expense!! I will not be back to this location!!!

I’m am disgusted that every time I patronize this location there’s always the Asian employee and African American young lady who have their friend coming in using profanity and taking drinks and chips without paying. They need to get a hold of their friends and be more professional. The owner need to hold their employees accountable for their actions. I have stopped ordering from this location. I don’t want to enter an establishment where kids are doing any and everything. They need to be retrained on customer service along with behavior in the workplace.

I went in and got two Philly subs. The guy toasted both for about 30 seconds. He didn't follow my directions making the sandwiches. This is my last time getting a sub from here. I'll just go to Publix and get my subs made.
