How do I get in touch with this franchise owner? The manager on duty when I was in was degrading employees while customers were in the store.

Manger or lead on duty insisted the happy Gilmore cup wasn't 1 additional dollar on my mobile order, but instead was a single dollar and thus was cheaper overall. So when they didn't have the cups in stock when I arrived he gave me a small cup and said it was actually more value anyway.
Good food, Employees seem tired and over worked and the tip jar is empty do better people.

Worst service possible. Would have been less frustrating having to prepare my own meal. The older lady seemed mad at the customer over her career choices.
They didn’t have the hot honey sauce for the meal of the day but still made the sandwich which was horrible.
Really feel like this is a staffing issue and not the company as a whole

This place is a hit or miss. Some days the sandwich is amazing, others the bread is hard and they leave off half your ingredients. The app never wants to act right and several times we went to pick up our order and somebody rise already got it. Ordered the foot long Brownie and didn't get it. Did a complaint and still haven't heard anything

The worst subway service, I’ve ever experienced, I placed an online order and arrived After the designated pick up time. I went here during my lunch break at work so I did not have any extra time to hang around. When I arrived, I was told they had not started my sub yet because they were out of the bread I chose, so instead of just giving a substitute they avoided making the sandwich. After this, they proceeded to serve the four customers in front of me before my sandwich was even started on. I waited almost 20 minutes to get food I had ordered 35 minutes prior.. Unbelievable.

Twice now I have ordered online for pickup and twice they have left off half the ingredients. Please make sure you check your order if you choose to eat here or you’ll end up at home with meat and cheese only on dry bread.

1st time stopping here today, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Very clean store. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Brandon. Super nice gentlemen. Very friendly and helpful. I will stop again in the future. Thanks Brandon
