Hello, I ordered my food PAID FOR MY FOOD and as im checking my receipt to verify my order. One of the “Indian” employees who prepared my sandwich comes from around the counter to watch me. He literally sits and waits for me to finish looking at my receipt and for me to pick up my CHIPS THAT I PAID FOR as if I’m about to steal from the store. Mind you I’m the only customer inside. Then I proceeded to get my drink and he watches me as if I’m about to steal some extra soda? then he goes back when he realized I was noticing him to get a cup and pretend like he’s getting something to drink but when I finally leave I can see him through the window he didn’t get anything to drink. I am a 5,5 black woman. I come there all the time and have never stolen anything EVER. I was not wearing a hood or look suspicious. Just girl getting some food. So yes the whole situation made me feel BEYOND uncomfortable and if you are BLACK please do not come to this store.

When me and daughter walked in we immediately notice the meat and cheese had a cover where we could not see. I ordered the bacon ranch chicken wrap which has rotisserie chicken. I got home and bit into the wrap and the meat was old/stale. I politely took it back and requested a refund. Haven’t been back since.

Young man has a really smart mouth. He does not listen to instructions. I asked for mayo instead of ranch and he proceeded to tell me that ranch goes on the sandwich. When I did NOT want ranch. I got there around 8:20…he told me to “hurry up” because they were about to close. The store closes at 9. I will not be coming here again! BAD SERVICE, train your employees right!

That one young guy who works here is so rude ( I dont know his name ) He got upset at me because I pronounced the bread name wrong and tried to argue with me? like okay its just bread. He also tries to close the store around 8:20-40. He gets upset if you come in around that time & says hurry up. Thats still enough time for customers. I dont know if hates his job or what but he gets upset to much like if you hate it so much then why are you here. This is not good service. 0/10 , His behavior is to much! He acts like a child who cant get his way. He is to grown for that!!!!! Its disgusting.

Had to do a DoorDash literally 20 minutes ago and they tell me they don’t have the order but how if the customer paid and I accepted the order I had to cancel and lose money because they don’t wanna do their job

Asked for Philly sub. Employee/manager could not speak clear English and pointed to make your own menu. Other person in line with apron said I could only order make your own menu. So I left. Will never go to this location again.

First time at this location and I must say this subway is the cleanest subway I have been to in a long time! The young lady that helped me was super nice and professional! Keep up the great work! I wish all subways would follow their lead!

I have been a customer here for more than 10 years. Today I gave them one more chance. I ordered the same sandwich that we always get. I ordered a 3 in tuna that my wife eats. I was told they could not make it they said they could only make 6 in. I order 2 sandwiches on white bread and when I got home they gave me wheat bread. Where are all the good restaurants that care about there customers? Why can’t they train employees to give good service? I won’t give Subway any more of my hard earned money.
