Frist Time Trying I went yesterday around 1 the Short Lady in the Front Great Customer service She Very sweet even though another customer was very rude to her she still smile and serve me great Everyone have there opinon She was awesome Her name Was Treazure that was on my paper. The Wings was very Fresh and crispy like i want them i will be back.

I've been eating at this place for more than 10 years. Every now and again there are some things wrong. never the food! Just little stuff. All in all the are the best wing spot in covington/conyers area.

I’m so hurt and disappointed we ordered 50 wings tonight and 4 out of my 6 kids are throwing up like the exorcist….. two of them go to school and two don’t this is the only thing they have all had that was the same and they all have clumps of chicken and fries flying everywhere 😥

Fye fye fye!!! Just tried this spot for the first and they didn't disappoint. Had i known, i would've came yesterday too. Instead, I tried Winghouse yesterday and it was trash. Waste of money. Lawd had i known about Susie's, she would've been seeing me several times per week. I'll be back this week.

They won't even answer the phone to take your order. The cashier just completely ignores the phone. I asked do they take orders over the phone, and she laughed. HORRIBLE customer service at its best! I've also seen this same cashier not even wipe up a spill when a customer was about to fall..smh She will never advance to anything more and needs to be fired. I have been a frequent customer but will not be returning.
