We got a cookie and some cake, and it was average. It wasn't anything we would go back and get....threw away a good portion. One staffer was very friendly.

Carrot cake at birthday party tonight was off the chart great. Everyone at the table commented it was the best carrot cake they ever had. And the service at Sweet Treats was exceptional and friendly.

If I could rate NEGATIVE 1 million stars I would! Stay far away from this bakery, they are very unprofessional and their treats are very disgusting. I placed my order months before my event and they still wasn't ready on the day of my event! On top of that my whole order wasn't even ready because they supposedly "sold it" by accident, which is a complete lie. The deserts i did get from them was HORRIBLE, EVERYTHING WAS DRY AND TASTED LIKE CORNBREAD!!!!!! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. Also once seeing my review the lady called me to fuss about irrelevant facts she had and then hung up in my face!!! terrible and petty

This place is amazing! I ordered a variety of cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party and they all were excellent. The staff I talked with by email and phone, Melanie and Courtney were helpful and creative. I plan on ordering from them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their moist delicious beautifully decorated cupcakes! Thanks Sweet Treats!

Worst cupcakes ever. Red velvet was greasy. Chocolate, the key lime pie and vanilla was just dry as rocks. Not good at all. Sorry, but it is the truth. Won't ever buy another cupcake there again. Not for the price they charge.

On January 9th I wanted a cake. Not realizing that they did not have an inventory of ready-made cakes. The decorator asked me if I had time to wait. In less than 30 minutes she presented a beautiful cake for my daughter's party.
Sweet Treats went way out of their way to help us today! I needed a dairy free, egg free smash cake for my daughter and they made it with less than a 2 hour notice. I had originally ordered a cake from another bakery who forgot to make the cake. Sweet Treats not only made the cake but saved the day!! I will forever be a Sweet Treats fan! Thank you so much Amanda!!

My Mother and I encountered the rudest, most horrible customer service experience at Sweet Treats. They did not properly complete the job to the specifications that we had agreed upon at the time we hired them. This would not have been such an issue had the owner been a little more gracious and apologized for what was perceived as a miscommunication. We would have gladly accepted the cupcakes at the full price, as mistakes happen; however, the owner was so rude we took a refund and left without the cupcakes. We then hired a bakery in Watkinsville, Georgia, that was happy to have our business and gladly paid for expedited service. We will never patronize this establishment again. Buyer beware.
