Put a mobile order in for 3 people for a drive thru pickup. When I got there, they asked me to come inside with no explanation and wouldn't respond to me after that. Came in and she said I had to come in because it was a "big" order... I ordered for 3 people!! That's not a big order! That's just poor service. I haven't even eaten the food yet.. I feel like they're just trying to make their time numbers look good for the drive thru.

If employees are going to have attitudes in the drive thru at night why even have them in that position every time I go through at night and the lady with the tattoos on her arm is working the weekends it’s always a attitude to ask for simple ish like sauce or even a drink carrier when should a customer ask for drink carrier but treated like it’s their job to put the drinks in the drink carrier when ask to have a drink carrier before food or drinks were issued thru window service then I asked for sauce and the girl rolls her eyes with todays world you never know what type a day a customer has had to give attitude as such
