Ordered Mobile pickup in store, waited 25 minutes just for the food. And 35 for a large strawberry lime freeze. At the time of the order, there was 1 car in the drive through and 1 person in the dining room. Definitely not coming back considering I waited longer than the drive to the store. My nacho fries tasted like cleaning solution⊠so not only was it a long wait, the food was contaminated with cleaner.

Service was horrible. Bella was incredibly rude and didn't even ring up the order right. Got bad because she had to ring my order in personally since the kiosk wasn't working. Then when I asked for a receipt she popped off he should have done that a long time ago. She needs some schooling on customer service. You may not live your job but that's no excuse to treat people that way. The other lady making the food had to stop what she was doing to help me. Apparently this ain't the first time because when I spoke to the manager he said I know.

Look I hate writing bad reviews, but this is simply not acceptable. I ordered a crispy chicken street taco. I get itâs a new menu item if you canât make it just tell me that. The window employee had to remake my chicken quesadilla please hire or train the cooks itâs not fair to the other employees.

They have a machine taking your drive thru order, it will not remove items if it hears the wrong thing and no one chimed in to help me with the order and they told me I canât order at the window either, very annoying
