Look I hate writing bad reviews, but this is simply not acceptable. I ordered a crispy chicken street taco. I get it’s a new menu item if you can’t make it just tell me that. The window employee had to remake my chicken quesadilla please hire or train the cooks it’s not fair to the other employees.

They have a machine taking your drive thru order, it will not remove items if it hears the wrong thing and no one chimed in to help me with the order and they told me I can’t order at the window either, very annoying

I will go to this one before I go to the one on 278. It is new. Staff are very friendly. They always have what I’m trying to order. No long wait times, and they actually can serve me food after 12am
Just left the drive-thru. Sat at speaker for 10 mins, no service. Pulled up to the window, there was someone working inside but no acknowledgement. Absolutely horrible service.

I ordered from this location on DoorDash and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. I ordered 7 items and only 1 was correct I did get other items in the bag but nothing I ordered. I did go through DoorDash for a refund but when we contacted the store to maybe get the items remade seeing as how DoorDash drivers don’t go inside and make and package orders themselves, the manager was extremely short with us and wanted to just get us off the phone it seemed as she kept repeating the store is closed. Which was 25 min prior to their listed closing time. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will be calling the corporate customer service.

I don't want to even give them a star. Went in and placed an order only to be ignored. Then when I ask for assistance a very rude neck tated so called female came up being disrespectful. I was speaking with my husband and she went off and yes I told her to step out which she wouldn't. This place is dirty and food always wrong. Then I called to get the GM# and was called boo boo and told GM was there when his employee thought she would swear at the wrong women. This place needs shut down and covington should be ashamed to allow it to stay open . This place needs knocked down for more parking.

What has happened to fast food restaurants? This location had a dirty dining room, half the menu items were unavailable, and the crew was obviously annoyed. Was not even sure the food was what we ordered. Under staffed, and not well trained at this location. It used to be really good, but wont stop here again.
