The food was great, I got the cantina chicken bowl and my aunt got 2 quesadillas, the service was fast and the workers weren't rude, plus the lady at the window was very pretty!

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp infront of the door, one off to the side to get around to the door and they're a bit rough so I cant say for sure if someone in a wheelchair could slip but I doubt it

This is absolutely the poorest run Taco Bell location I’ve ever had. And lucky for us it’s the closest one to our home

They NEVER get your order correct - and it’s been this way ever since they built that Taco Bell. Poor management, no supervision, no customer service; I would rather pay twice as much for my meal and get it exactly correct every time.

Do not go here. Ever.

Made an order on the app for delivery. The order got canceled for no reason. Reordered the food and it was cancelled again for no reason. It was missing items the last 2 times I ordered and they have never had Baja blast zero any of the times I’ve been there

I give this Taco Bell 0 stars. Placed an order at 4:40 an hour later, my food still wasn’t ready!!!! I will never visit this restaurant again!!!

Went through the drive thru. Pulled into the parking lot to eat bcz i haven't eaten ALL day. When i tell you my cantina burrito feels like it just came straight out of the refrigerator, I'm telling the honest to God truth. It's cold.

I am not sure if they have changed management or just have a bunch of new staff. We went and they claimed to no longer serve Chili Cheese burritos but a few days later they mysteriously were serving them again. The quality of food has went down hill in the last few months along with the quality of service. Always check your bag to make sure you have what you ordered as well!

Long wait. Other people getting mad and leaving. Uber eats and door dash got mad and left. Im glad I was in no hurry and not that picky or either really hungry.

Horrible…. I placed a mobile order and told them my name. 5 minutes later they asked me if I placed an order and I said yes. Gave her my name a second time. 20 minutes later I check the app and my order has been received, they never called my order in. Very disappointed. Taco Bell you need to do better

Waited in the drive through line for over 10 minutes to be told that the "drive through system" is down - the awful AI Taco Bell implemented recently - and that I had to go inside to order. I was told this by someone on a headset... that likely was standing near a register.

This has happened multiple times and even when the AI is working it's one of the slowest processes being asked if I want to try this, do I need a drink, do I want to round up, etc.
I know they won't get rid of it, but I'll be avoiding Taco Bell far more often because of it.

Taco Bell has the best taco's burritos etc... when you've had too many cocktails, they hit the spot. You know your in good hands, when you stare at your friends in silence and stuff you're face. Lol.

Probably Not Iron Man

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location unless you have lots of time and patience. I placed my mobile order 20 minutes before arriving, and still had to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready. When walking in, the employees will glare at you and act like you’re inconveniencing them. They are very disorganized, employees arguing about multiple unmarked bags. The trash is overflowing, every countertop is sticky and each sauce packet appears dirty. There was also three kids under 5 that were running around the lobby playing, fighting, and coming to the counter screaming for their mom in the back. Very disappointing.
