This place is a joke. Order through the drive thru and was told to pull around. Not a big deal. Proceeded to wait another 25 minutes and had to go inside to see what was going on. They hadn’t even started making the food. The young lady that took the order was very courteous but the people making the food need to either be trained or let go.

Every time I come to this taco bell, there is an issue. First their drive through always seems to be closed. I placed an online order, no reason for me to get out, I still had to get my small child out to get the order. The staff is rude and try to push you out the door they just forced you to come in.

Was just in the area. worst Taco bell i've been to and worst smelling...tho the bathrooms are clean? Placed an order for pickup, arrived 15min after the time it was to be ready, app said it was still not ready... it wasn't a glitch. received no acknowledgment when i arrived, from none of the 7 staff on duty. After maybe 7 minutes of waiting ( despite being the only customer in line ) 2 of the ladies noticed my order and helped out. I had to return later because my order wasn't made right. The other lady made it right tht time around . Needless to say, 1st and last time i'm ordering at taco bell in 2025

Young lady named Jamaya (found name on receipt) in the drive thru on the register was rude when a very nice gentleman told her he had a cash order at the front, had a customer drinking alcohol in the dining room. The guy that told Jamaya about the cash order was very sweet and apologized.

There can be 2 other customers in line with no one inside and yet it still takes 20 minutes to get my food and they make me pull around so that they dont go their windows times messed up. This is everytime I go btw.

I got the $7 luke box. My chalupa was the best. The shell was made fresh which made it delicious. Daisy did a great job. I will continue to go there. Service was great also. Resteraunt was clean. All of my food was yummy.
If I could give them zero starts I would. I ordered on the app and I realized it was the wrong location. I immediately tried to cancel but it wouldn't let me. Just feels like ive been robbed by taco bell. I dont recommend.

This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the surrounding area. The young lady at the drive-thru was too busy talking to her coworkers about personal business all loud that she couldn't hear me when I was placing my order. Then when I pull up to pay her and the rest of the employees where acting like they don't know how to be professional at the workplace with their overly loud conversations! And to make things completely worse is my food was cold when I got home and I don't live far from there. If I could have given zero stars I definitely would have. They definitely lost a customer. I can find another place to go to and get overly priced cheap tacos and not worry about at least my food being cold!🫵🏾👎🏾

When you come inside, absolutely no one acknowledges you. Waited 30 minutes for an ASAP mobile order placed before a 15 minute drive. Food quality has sharply declined. Not coming to this location again.
