This is the worst Taco Bell in Covington. Hands down. Ordered online for pickup and when we got there they said they couldn't make a single thing on our order because they were out of burrito shells and cheese. How???? Taco Bell is literally the taco and burrito place. Actually insane.

Some times they get my order correct, but everytime the service is slow. My last visit i ordered 3 chili cheese burritos. They had a drop of chili and a few sprinkles of cheese. These are over $2 each now. This is unacceptable. I called and they said that the amounts are measured. They did agree to remake. We will see. Do better!
Update: They did remake these for me when I went back. I still don't understand why it took 10 minutes to makes these. The other Taco Bell near Walmart in Covington is light years faster.

The first time I came to this particular taco bell location, I swore to myself that I would never come back because of the lousy service and how long it took. After a while, probably 6-8 months, I decided to give them another try since they are right on my way home from work. Now I remember why I swore to never return. I thought this time would be better because I did a mobile order and waited about 10 minutes before leaving my work. Upon arrival, I waited an additional 25 minutes for my food. Mobile orders are supposed to be quicker because you order ahead of time. After waiting in my vehicle for my food to be ready (I was checking the order tracker), I finally got tired of waiting and decided to go inside to ask. I stood there for almost 15 minutes, with employees seeing me and making eye contact, before anyone tried to assist me or greet me or anything. They just ignored me and the other guy waiting on his doordash order. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT visit this taco bell location unless you have an eternity to wait and the patience of a saint. Do better taco bell!!

I sat in the drive- thru for 15-20 minutes nobody would take my order. The lights were on people were inside and it was after they were supposed to be open, according to both the website and the hours posted at the store. They wouldn’t answer me at the menu, they wouldn’t come to the window and they wouldn’t answer the door or the phone. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. If I could give negative star ratings I would.

He made sure I had everything in my bag and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t leave without missing a thing. Y’all need to hire more people like him. Yes fast food get it wrong sometimes but damn if those weren’t the best damn tacos from Taco Bell I’ve had in a while. The winder spo turnt me off absolute. These folk are right. Going to be stopping in once or twice a week.
I mean come on? Crunchy loaded. Supreme taco’s with 3 bags of fire sauce? Hit the spot!

I’ve visited this location twice and it sucks!!! They take forever to get your food ready and they don’t put everything in the bag that you paid for!! Someone needs to get these teenagers some training because it’s ridiculous how they can’t get it together!
