Well, now I know why I never eat here... I got a to-go order yesterday (got a wrap & a sugar cookie) & my wrap was made wrong. I called & talked to a manager & she said they would remake it if I brought it back up there... the next day. Told me "I didn't even have to refrigerate it, just bring it back." So, I did. Instead of throwing my bag away after seeing I brought the food back, they sat it on the counter where other Togo orders were. That's disgusting & I'm pretty sure it's against serve safe as well. So I asked for a refund for my wrap only since I did eat the cookie (I was at work for the next 4 hours so I had to eat something.) She then asked me if i had a salad as well. I said no just the wrap & cookie. She then asked again & asked the worker next to her as if i was lying. She did eventually give me my refund, but I'm just appalled as to what went on today. Never again.

After many years of supporting this business I hate to say it but after today I will never return. Thankfully we have a Chicken Salad Chick coming to Covington so I'll still have a place to get chicken salad. CSC chicken salad is so much better anyway.
EDIT. Due to management LAUGHING at my Facebook message I will blast them all over social media. Enjoy the business you're going to lose simply because an employee lied to me and you didn't want to do anything to make it right. I'll do everything in my power to have you shut down.
