I have been going to BB for many years but we moved to Monroe and had not been in a while. I drove all the way there yesterday to have lunch with my husband and was terribly disappointed to find out that they no longer serve Coca-Cola but Pepsi!!! Pepsi??? Have they forgotten that they are in ATL, GA????? Pepsi?????!
My order was a takeout order. The girl taking my order did not mention that anything over fifty dollars a 20 percent gratuity would be added. When My sister picked up my order for me she was told eighty something dollars. Okay. When I checked my bank account later it was over a hundred dollars. Butcher Block did indeed take the 20 percent without telling me or my sister. When I inquired about it, I was told that there were signs posted at each register. I pointed out that I called this order in and had no way of reading the signs. And I didn't get my six red pepper mayo's that I paid for!

First time eating here so the staff was very nice and helpful. One of the best Roasted Beef Sandwiches I ever had. Came with hot Au Ju dipping sauce. I would recommend over these fast food delis. They also have outdoor seating. Very kid and pet friendly!

UPDATE: just got my food and it was wrong, go figure. Not coming here again.Walked in and got into the line to order. Waited in line for 10 minutes all for us to get up to the register and the dark haired cashier decided to get the people behind me first which is very rude. Then gave an ugly look because I didn't want to leave a tip on my card, then while still ordering another lady came up and proceeded to check out other customers causing me to yet again to have to wait because they decide to serve other people other than the ones in front of them. Butcher block, do better.
