The food is ridiculously overpriced and the quality does not match the cost at all. The Philly cheesesteak was not good. I ordered a combo, but they only rang me up for the Philly, and even that wasn’t worth the price. The chicken tenders were overcooked with black char all over them. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I will not be returning. My best recommendation would be to either improve the food quality or lower the prices. Most importantly, they need to hire a competent person to run the register.

This was my first time here and was very pleased with the customer service. As a Philly native, I don't usually eat cheesesteaks unless I'm home. I ordered the Original Hut and I was impressed by how close it came to the taste of an average cheesesteak in Philly. I also ordered 5 mild buffalo wings that were pretty big and could have cooked a little longer, but the flavor was good.

My husband and I went for the 1st time tonight. We each got a mushroom philly. One with tots and the other with fries and everything was on point!! The seasoning on everything was 🤌🏼. I haven't had a philly that good in years! We can not wait to go back.

We tried this spot a year and a half ago and had a much better experience this time. There has definitely been improvement on the service.
The tater tots were warm and crunchy. Could’ve used another minute in the fryer an a touch more salt. But the portion was very large, and we really enjoyed them.
The Original Hut was our favorite of the sandwiches we ordered. The meat was tender, the pepper jack cheese warm and melty, and we added jalapeños that gave a nice kick.
The chicken Philly was a bit disappointing as the cheese was tooooo much. The chicken was cooked well though, and they added sweet peppers on the side for us to add.
We also noticed there was a customer dining in that had gotten a few mushrooms on a sandwich that they hadn’t asked for, and both the front of house employee AND the cook checked with the customers to insure they didn’t want the sandwich remade.
Overall a great experience, with some area for improvement.
Great service fast hot, fresh food. Clean restaurant, bathrooms even are on par at this place.

I had a Philly cheese steak and it was so good (like the ones at Philly Connection). I really enjoyed the onion rings. They weren't too oily and just right. The wings and fries were good as well. The service was top tier as well. The people behind the counter were helpful with suggestions and placing your order in your hand. This was the first time eating there but won't be the last!
