The food is ok at this one. Our waitress sounded like she was trying to break the sonic sound barrier, to the point of giving me a slight headache. You don't have to stand next to a customer and yell at the top of your lungs to the cooks. If I didn't know any better with her body language, looks at the grill person and yelling, I'd say she was angry with him. It was not a good time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It took 20 mins just to get drinks. Unfortunately we were not the only diners in the restaurant. I felt bad for the couple sitting across of us who had to wait 20 mins just to be greeted. We have visited many Waffle Houses and was sorely disappointed with the service here. Perhaps our server was preoccupied with other things on her mind. Hopefully with the new renovations they will be able to improve their guest service.

Immediately after my stroke, waffle house was there to lift my spirits. If you are visiting south of the Mason dixon line, you must try this amazingly delicious staple of southern comfort. My suggestion is the hashbrowns bowl with a side of cheesy grits and of course a waffle. I promise you won't regret it. And the type of people the waffle house employs are "A" personality people.
