We waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they’re not making our to go order because it was too busy. The waitress was VERY disrespectful in saying they’re just not going to put the order in. That’s your job. At least they gave us a refund after a tip. 👍🏻

Didn’t have my waffle when I ordered 50 minutes earlier for a pick up then when I got there it was another 30 minute wait so I just left … food was okay at best

What an amazing service in Waffle House!! I think my waitress name was on letter B (like Becca? I’m not sure, I’m sorry. It was on Sunday 11am and I was at the lower bar part). But she was the sweetest lady. I felt like home. Thank you. Great atmosphere, great food

Says they are hiring on indeed, but when my fiancé went in for an interview, he was told to come back the next day with his bank information for a 5 hour training shift. Once he got there for said shift, they told him they already had to many people in orientation and they would get back with him in 2 WEEKS. they wasted our time & GAS. (I work overnight so he had to pick me up bring me home and then go back to Waffle House) What was the point in telling him to come back in the requested uniform at 8 AM? It makes no sense. Should have just told him then. We’ve been Beyond stressed out & just knowing that he at lest had a job took some of that stress off. Waffle House this is a Huge inconvenience.

When I smelled the burnt raisin toast, I should’ve probably just got up and walked out. The cook on this particular day must’ve been new. He made some more toast, but didn’t start the order over again so everything was cold. Thank goodness the waitress noticed that I didn’t eat anything and discounted my bill.
