Honestly, I love Waffle House. Fast breakfast food is my number 1 thing so when I visit family in the south, that's always a guaranteed stop for me. The waffles, of course are always a slam dunk but it's the wait staff that makes it a great experience for me. They are always friendly, they get a kick out of my northern accent.

The young lady put my to go order in the bag and never gave it to me. Another server had to remind her I was waiting for my order. Once I arrived back at the hospital, I noticed my food was half cooked, when I requested well done!

Informed of to go only at 7pm on a thursday, then a roll of the eyes and unresponsiveness from the rockstar cook who came out from hiding with a distinct air of disdain. I decided not to order to go. He offered no explanation. Turned away 3 other customers while I waited for food in an empty restaurant. 1 bad apple spoils the bunch. Funny went earlier on the same day same restaurant, the place was full the employees super friendly.

The cook sucked. Was sitting down when came in ,acted like we were bothering him to cook. Food sucked he cooked it and went sat down get on phone again. Two other people he forgot to give them there waffles. Clearly did not want to be there.

WHEN I TELL YOU... I'VE BEEN EATING AT WAFFLE HOUSE FOR 37 YEARS AND THIS WAS THE BEST WAFFLE HOUSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! THE STAFF WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THE FOOD WAS MADE FAST AND TO THE EXACT WAY WE ASKED. I TIPPED EVEEYONE WORKING WHEN I WALKED OUT. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
