At the Waffle House on Hwy 278, Brenda truly stood out as a beacon of outstanding customer service during our visit a few weeks ago. My 4 year old was absolutely INSISTENT upon having her birthday party at Waffle House this year and the staff here did not disappoint! I didn’t catch the names of any of the staff unfortunately, but they went out of their way to make her feel so special! They put chocolate chips and whipped cream on her waffle and the entire staff stopped what they were doing to sing happy birthday to her. Everyone was so friendly! Thank you so much for making my kids day one to remember...
