They grill the burgers when you order and you can see them cooking. They're the best burgers.

Never been here and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was curteous, the food hot and tasty. Parking was weird but not difficult. I'd definitely revisit based on my first experience here.

I happened to stop and need gas and was hungry for a burger but not just a regular fast food burger. So I went here and got the bourbon burger and man I’m happy I made the choice. Burger 9/10 and the chili cheese tater tots hold good flavor for real. And the milkshake was blended smooth didn’t have the big lumps like most milkshakes that have specialty ingredients. Highly recommend if you a burger person

Never will I eat here again I’m also calling and making sure they get a health inspection I myself work in fast food but this experience was the worst. I door dashed because I am at work when it got here I didn’t get the drink and two of my burgers where missing not to mention the hair in my food I called the restaurant to tell them what happened and he told me he was the only one who spoke English and that he couldn’t help me he wouldn’t tell me his name so I will be going to speak to the manger or owner who ever I need to. I then went down there and they wouldn’t help me I brought all the food I got back with the receipt I was ignore completely the workers were sitting down and refused to even look my way the called someone on the phone handed it to me and walked anyway btw they also didn’t speak English so this was a waste of money that I didn’t get back a waste of time and they need to start over this use to be a great place to eat until they hired the trash that works there now I give this place zero stars

The food was decent enough, even though it was not at all what we ordered. The young man at the register was really nice but he was the only one who spoke english. The place looks really nice and it's clean. Another couple was trying to ask for cheese for their fries and the girl came back with 3 different things so the couple finally gave up trying to explain what cheese was. I'm all for giving people a chance to work but they at least need to be able to communicate about the menu. 🙄 I dont live around here so I won't be back regardless, but if I did, I would not return.
Used to be a 5!!!! Service is horrible!!! Honestly!!!! Yet some of the staff is the best! The food is awesome! Combs and sides are WAY overpriced! The shakes are bomb!!! 💣

This place is not great but is not the worse nether. burgers have no seasoning and the buns quickly break apart. Restrooms were out of service other than that.. 15 bucks for an alright burger I guess is ok.
Ordered a Rodeo burger. Order took over 45 minutes and was not correct. Employee who was obviously somewhat new argued with me on the whether the burger contains onion rings on it and stated that I had to specify that I wanted it on there. Fries were cooked in dirty grease and container wasnt filled up . I am a original Jakes wayback burgers customer where it was originated at in Delaware and this is a joke!

Oh man I love me some Wayback Burgers! I really enjoy their sweet bourbon and bourbon mustard sauces. I get cheddar cheese, candied bacon, and either an onion ring or grilled onions on my burger. Yum yum good! What is there not to love about that? Fries are good too. Hot and crispy.
