Restrooms dirty, one stall out of order. Windows in dining room were very dirty. Chicken in my wrap was dry and dark and tasted old. Yuck! Serving ladies were nice behind the counter.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! i just left this location at 8:30 p.m…i asked for fresh food after i was given cold food & they told me to pull up to the rail. i sat outside for about 10 minutes & the night manager came outside with money in her hand with her hand out & automatically gave me a refund. i proceeded to ask her “i can’t get fresh food”? & she told me no & argued with me. i asked for a corporate number & she told me with a nasty attitude “we don’t have a corporate number”. as an assistant manager who works at a fast food restaurant as well this type of customer service is not acceptable & it shows how ignorant our community is. i would like for the appropriate management to reach out to me personally. the night manager at that location needs to be fired immediately

No one double checks the orders versus what’s actually in the bags and you end up missing food. The restaurant NEVER answers the phone when you call and if they do finally answer they have an attitude and rush you off the phone or hang up on you. Even when placing mobile orders they do not double check that you have everything but are quick to rush you out of the lobby or from the drive thru and if you dare to call or go back through the line or go back inside they made a big deal and sloppily make your items making you just want a complete refund. They are not wearing hair nets or gloves they scratch their heads and wipe their noses and don’t use hand sanitizer or wash their hands before touching your food so I can only imagine the types of cross contamination going on behind the scenes plus two people who no longer work there for exposing them and one person who currently still works there told me how filthy it is in the kitchen how often they drop the meats and buns on the floor and pick them right back up and make your sandwiches how they sometimes still cook the expired meat potatoes and chilli and prepare the food with it

The folks during the day shift are amazing! They are very professional, which is hard to come by at the Wendy’s now a days! I want to give kudos to Raven, she was a joy to deal with and her customer service far exceeds expectations of the customer! She went above and beyond, she assured a young man with his order to his car due to his hands being full! Now that is outstanding never have I seen someone handle the situation with care and ease and without direction! Raven thank you for you excellent customer service and dedication to being the best you even at work! Just because of her I will return and recommend the location!

I just went through the drive through maybe 10 mins ago. The young man that took my payment was very sweet. The person giving me my food was extremely rude. The Jr deluxe burger was ice cold cheese not melted meat cold. I mean seriously? Why? Definitely won't be back to many other fast food places with hot food lol.
