Could not get food lady just walking around in kitchen tired of waiting I just had to leave even after ordering and go to McDonald where I could get my food before my ballgame

Will not be back at this location. Every time we stop, there’s always employees arguing, cussing & fussing with each other. One employee was “working” the drive thru and had his phone in his hands on a call, and got mad because the customer complained about the order he put in wrong. Just a lot of dysfunctional service.

I went to this Wendy's on 3/1/2025. My server was Landyn. He was high as ever!!! And very rude. Even the people who ordered behind us thought the same thing! The food was cold.But mostly, just bad service!!! He should NOT be at the register

Came on a 30-minute lunch break there were 3 other cars parked before they even asked me to park. I asked to make sure I got my sauce for my nuggets napkins and straws luckily the guy running orders had a sense of urgency

Terrible service!!! It’s a joke when you have 8 people fixing orders in the back and NOONE to run the register or take orders. They insist on you using the kiosk. When you have cash that’s not possible. The employees were arguing back and forth and making a big scene while customers were ignored for 20 mins before we just walked out. Needs management BAD.

Refused to take order at the counter although we were there with no one else in the dining room. Directed us to the kiosk which took 3 times as long. Fast food restaurants no longer factor in customer service.

I asked for a 4pc nugget with a small fry and was rang up for a 10pc…I’m not sure if the person at the window was looking at the wrong order or moving too fast…unprofessional either way but the system would not allow a refund onto my card so the manager gave me the “difference” in cash…difference was also incorrect. Overcharged for the wrong order and the food was taken back as well. I will have to dispute the charge bc arguing back and forth is just not worth it
