I used to LOVE going to Wendy’s and getting and Frosty and an order of fries along with my burger. Did that today (it’s been a while since we’ve been to Wendy’s) and the experience was horrible! As we entered the store we quickly realized we needed skates instead of shoes, the floors were very slick. We tried the order kiosk, but the options for your order are very limited, so we went the counter where they had to call the order taker over to do her job. She was obviously not happy about that- very little eye contact, no smile or even a pleasant look. We got our food and skated to the door and left. The fries were not good, I couldn’t even finish them and the burger was barely edible. The Frosty was okay. We won’t be back to this one and maybe not any of them very disappointed!

I would normally give pros first, then cons but I'll switch for this review. I hope it'll be better next time. This is my first time at this location. It wasn't the best. Cons-Got a cheeseburger classic with no lettuce. Burger was not hot hot. Moderately warm (riding passenger at night so I couldn't see if it was fully cooked-was hungry enough it didn't register that to me at the time and I just ate it-praying it wasn't undercooked and I don't get sick). The bun was cold and the cheese was cold and not melted at all. The next con was my 10ct nuggets were dry, tasteless, tough, overcooked and sadly I had to toss about half of them. Pros-Drivethru time was pretty fast and the workers were kind. Order was taken correctly and came out quickly. I'll give one more chance. Hope they do better next time.
Burger was not how I ordered, fries were at least 40 minutes old as you could barely chew them and the sweet tea had little to no ice. Disappointing!

Amazing service, the individual with the headset (didn’t catch his name). Was on point with the service. Ensure we had our food and had everything we ordered, made it timely and was genuinely a very kind and helpful person. The service alone made the experience.

Screwed up my drive thru order. Did not receive a 10 piece nugget and ask for a plain cheeseburger kids meal. They put ketchup on it. Needless to say my 7 year old would not eat. Employees were nice but may need additional training.

Customer service is lacking!!!!!!! Took my lunch at 2:16 pm and had to visit the location 3 times because my order was incorrect. First was beef, second was chicken had ketchup and mustard. mind you I originally ordered a number 6. The third time they told me to drive up and they would bring it over to me. Waited!!!!!! no one came, I requested a refund. By this time I was told again to park at number one. Waited!!!!! again!!!!!and after she brought the change she asked me for the drink. Wow!!!!!great customer service. Returned to my job 2:55pm.
