Wendy's used to be good. I went there for lunch last week and wasted my money and time!!! The service, food and atmosphere was horrible!

Honestly this was the worst experience at Wendy’s ever. Absolutely disgusted on how they made my salad although I did come to the drive through line about 15 minutes before they closed I simply asked for a Cobb salad with grill chicken cook to order meaning they only had to grill just the chicken they said they had NO GRILL CHICKEN and insisted for me to get fried. The fried chicken was EXTREMELY HARD and not even cut up. Very lazy cooks and poor customer service. I was not pleased definitely not recommend 0 out of 10! $40 down the drain 👎

I'm very disappointed. I came here last night. I simply ask for my food to be cooked to order. I placed an order on 3 meals ... when I got my meals. All the fries were soggy . When I told them about it .. the used the same fries and redropped them and gave em back to me. When we tasted the sandwiches . You can tell they were redropped as well .. it was rubbery and hard to chew.

It had been a while since I was in Wendy's. The burgers were really good. I also ordered some chocolate smoothies. We put them in the freezer and ate them later they were also good 😊

Did not give me my burger with my combo. Got 2 bake potatoes with cheese & one with chili & cheese but you could barely see any chili or cheese. This food cost to much not to get what you ordered or not put toppings on. Please Do Better.
There must have been a shift in management because I came to the store early 2024 and the service was kind of awkward, but I’ve been going recently and January and February 20 25. The food has been fresh and the girls in the drive-through are very pleasant. I went first through breakfast one day and then I came back for lunch another day both food was good french fries were hot so I think I’m comfortable with giving them five stars both times I ate in the car so I really couldn’t tell you what the atmosphere is on the inside except for I did briefly go inside. Only feedback I have is why is the bathroom floor greasy lolcould be a slipping hazard

The overnight managers should be ashamed of themselves and the behavior they displayed tonight. Monica is very rude, I drive for uber so I pulled in line where nobody was and was told I had to drive around and come back to the window to receive food. When I just asked for my pick up had to argue about just getting the food then was told to pull up to the door and window was slammed in my face while trying to ask a question of which door to pull to. After pulling up to the door I waited and watched 2 other cars get their orders. So I backed up to the window as the “assistant manager” walks outside with the order. While at the window I asked for the store number the corporate number and the female managers name. The associate was gathering the information the male manager walked up to my car and handed me the food and proceeded to tell me he was the assistant manager and he could answer my questions I informed him that I would like the information written so that I didn’t forget again the window was slammed and information was never given to me he proceeds to tell me that he is calling “newton county” and tells me they are not giving me any information. Smh the overnight “managers” should be ashamed.

The food was great. The employees were amazing, but one of the employees asked a manager a Hispanic manager to get something for her while she was making sandwiches and he talked to her like a dog and cussed at her right in front of customers and I think it was very unprofessional made me feel very uncomfortable, and I had an autistic child with me
