First off I ordered fish, when I ask for garlic pepper seasoning on the fish, they say oh we don't put seasoning on the fish, so I ask for it on the side and paid for it, I get there and the girl gave me the wrong seasoning, I asked for the right kind, she says that'll be $2... I asked didn't you charge me for the other one already, just replace YOUR mistake, she says that one was 0.50... Mind you she brought the same size container as the previous one and said that one is $1.50 more. How is that even possible, make it make sense. Don't have to worry about me going back to spend my money, this the 2nd time going and I've had a problem so 1 star and I won't be coming back.... DO BETTER Wing Spot

Sent my boyfriend to get food from here just now and he didn’t bother to check food before leaving the restaurant. Philly cheesesteak was good but fries were soggy and not done. I ordered a wing and Philly combo and the wings were left out.

I've eaten near several times lately the food has been tasting like fish like they cook everything in the same grease and I can't eat it I've called to speak to the manager young he has not called me back I'm not sure if Jocelyn has given him the message but every time I call he's never there$45 wasted and I still had to go somewhere else to eat

I'm not sure I've ever received tinier wings than when I've ordered from it here. Where do you even find chickens so small? Fried rice was okay though.

The food is always great, but they need some training on customer service. Picked up an online order and couldn't get the door open (it seemed stuck or locked) and when I knocked on the door, the two young ladies inside just stared at me with their hands out. I tried pulling again, and it barely moved and they still just stared and stood still. After I finally was able to YANK the door open, they just stood there and said "ordering or pickup?" I told them I was picking up for my name and they just handed me the food and said "here ya go." I advised them that they might want to fix the door. I think they should also fix their attitudes as well. I don't care if the food is the best food I've ever eaten, bad/rude customer service like that will make me not ever want to come back.

The first girl told me bring it back then she got her manager who said nobody has short hair in the building so it can't be from them. This mf got skart with me ill be calling the health department
