Lazy employees. Ordered online at 11pm: promise time 11:30pm. ITS NOW 12 midnight and I’m still waiting in their dirty lobby. Employees can be heard arguing and goofing off in the kitchen.

My first and last experience with Wingstop in Covington, Georgia
I attempted to order from Wingstop through the Instacart app, but due to a technical issue, I couldn’t complete the order. I then went directly to Wingstop’s website and placed an order for the 20-piece boneless special with fries, which included two different flavors of boneless wings. The order was delivered by DoorDash.
When my order arrived, it only contained 10 wings instead of 20. I immediately called the store and spoke with a woman who claimed to be the manager. She asked the employee who prepared the order if all the wings were included, and he insisted that they were. I explained that they clearly were not and requested a refund. She told me to contact DoorDash.
I called DoorDash twice, and one of their representatives contacted Wingstop. I was told that someone from Wingstop would reach out to me within 92 hours regarding the refund. It's ridiculous to have to wait that long for a resolution. Neither Wingstop nor DoorDash is taking accountability for the missing items.
This was my first and last time ordering from Wingstop. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service left a terrible impression. I had to end up ordering from another restaurant, spending more money. I’ve since contacted my financial institution, and they’ll handle it from here.
