Watched cashier no customers ignore phone calls rolling her eyes constantly. When I walked in she had a attitude as if I was coming in at the wrong time but they wasn't busy and it took 30 mins for order.. customer service was so bad I won't be returning please fire cashier she don't like her job because there was constant rolling eyes and attitude as I stood and watched... Our dining experience was completely ruined! Between the chemical/gas smell which gave me and my company a headache while we waited on our food for an extended period of time, flat fountain drinks, the extremely hot dining area, the undercooked chicken sandwich and almost raw french fries as well as low grade customer service - nothing to entice us to come back. I think the health or water department needs to take a visit to this location ASAP - Is it the grease trap that need to be cleaned or backflowing sewage?

This location is very busy and could use more staff. However, Eric was amazing at handling the front counter service. Even though we had a few hiccups with our order, he was able to swiftly correct things and went above and beyond to make sure all of the customers were well taken care of. The food was hot and delicious!
