Out of all the locations I have been to with my wife, this one is the best. I'm from Houston, TX and when I told people that Wingstop was the move for amazing wings, I got odd looks from people at first and then experienced that other locations were missing the proper skills, customer service or even the proper setting for a delicious meal.This location here in Covington, GA has exceeded ALL expectations on all fronts from clean restaurant, friendly services, order accuracy and speed, and temperature. Everything was delicious!! Definitely a recommendation from myself and my wife on a great place with awesome food for your next party, game day or dinner date!

Worst wingstop I've ever been too. 10 minute wait on hold before I could order and when I got there they had no customers. I ordered the wings extra crispy. Asked them to cook them 5 minutes longer than normal. When I got down the road and opened them, they were so soggy I couldn't eat them. I do not recommend this place

I tried the Korean sauce it was great! Loved their blu cheese. Hand cut fries were limp but also were good. I even like the brown paper bag the to go orders came in. They were out of original coke.

I came on Friday 10/27/2023 waited 45 minutes for a six piece combo manager told me she was sorry don’t know how my order got mixed up. She gave me a six piece free combo on my next visit. I come back three days later but I called my order in waiting 27 minutes with no one picking up the phone, I will never be back for a free meal. This was unacceptable.

No soap in the restroom so how is the staff washing their hands!?? I ordered online and went inside, the girl was extremely rude. No customer service nor hospitality at all. Not even, have a nice day, or thank you! I clearly ordered extra Cajun seasoning on my corn and no seasoning was actually on the corn! 3rd time and each time it gets worse! This is definitely a horrible location.. Save your money.
