WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

The first visit was great, so we went back a month later ......I understand things change, but burnt food and not such ambitious folks, we won't go back again.

Unfortunately, we placed a lunch order today for 5. The order included burgers and a philly. One of the recipients of the order is severely allergic to pickles. The order was wrong in general and all of the burgers had pickles on them. Went back up to the store to try and get the order corrected and received awful customer service. Did not receive a corrected order and have to go somewhere else to get something to eat. Very disappointed as this is an establishment we use to eat at all the time.

I should’ve listened to other poor reviews! I ordered 4 burgers n a chicken Philly. ALL burgers incorrect! We were just going to eat them and move foward but someone is allergic to pickles and WAS TOLD this on the phone and still all burgers had pickles! Now I have to leave my job site to correct this

I waited 20min for an online order that should’ve been ready when I got there. When I got the order, it was wrong. The young lady told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes for fries. I told but the rest of my food would be cold. She showed no concern. Needless to say. I won’t be going back to the Covington, Ga location.

They were OK. The wings are small, and they got my lemon pepper order wrong. They cooked my chicken a bit hard.

First time experience at this establishment. I ordered via DoorDash for pickup an 8pc crispy teriyaki bone-in wing combo w/chicken fried rice & Sprite and an 8pc crispy lemon pepper bone-in wing combo w/fries & Dr. Pepper. Received notification that my order was ready before I even arrived. I was warmly greeted upon walking in. I was pleasantly surprised by the lighting, it was nice & bright and most importantly the eating area, counters, as well as the Coca-Cola freestyle drink dispenser were very clean. The floor was not gummy & sticky! Everything was neatly in its proper place; condiments, napkins, straws, & menus. The young lady was very friendly helpful and professional. My only wish is that my fries were crispy even though they were hot. I will definitely use Doordash to order from WNB Factory, specifically this location at GA Hwy 20 in Covington near Browns Bridge & Hwy 212 AGAIN!
So yes, I would recommend.

Parking: There is ample free parking directly in front of the entrance and on the side of the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility to the sidewalk near the entrance but I do not recall seeing a button to open the door automatically.

Yesterday, (8/21/24), my mother, daughter, and I stopped by the WNB wings Covington location to grab a bite to eat. The order that my mother placed was the fish meal that included fries and coleslaw. My mom let the cashier know she didn’t want the fries, but did want the coleslaw. The cashier let my mom know that they were out of coleslaw, which, mind you was a part of the meal. My mother asked if a substitute or price adjustment be made since there was no coleslaw and since she requested no fries. My mom then asked if she could have a salad substitute as her replacement. The cashier responded by saying there would be an additional charge for the salad substitute because the salad cost was a little over $2 dollars more than the coleslaw amount. My mom’s response was, why would I need to pay an additional $2 dollars to substitute the coleslaw that you are out of, which was included in the meal choice already. That makes no sense what so ever. I am posting for awareness and to let all know that the Covington location does not use the best business practices when ensuring customer satisfaction is warranted. My family and friends will no longer support this establishment.

The young lady at the register was sweet. It was the Asian tall guy who was rude. Then he laughed with the weirdest laugh. I doubt I'll ever go back. Food was good though. But the Philly cheese steak ain't nothing but chopped up hamburger meat. It's not steak at all but it was good. I know because we have them in my hometown.

Had been frequenting this location but I recently placed a phone order and picked up my order things wings were old hard and dry like they had been cooked earlier that day . I ordered lemon pepper with extra lemon pepper on them . The wings came with No lemon pepper seasoning on the . I called the resturant to speak to the manager and he said No refund or remake . VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL Not be going back there again and I advise anyone Not to give them business. Customer service out the door there.

I'm glad they have turkey burgers. It nice to go and get a burger. My husband enjoyed his double beef burger. We will be back.

Dietary restrictions: I can't eat pork or beef. Nice to see a turkey buger.
