Ordered lemon pepper wings and fries. Food was good. But this place is SUPER expensive. and the portions are terrible I barely got fries ???

My wife just door dashed for dinner tonight. The order was partially correct. The dasher went back to pick up the corrected order, but he was told that they would just issue a credit. That seems so lazy, and it also shows a complete lack of customer service I will have to really think about using them again. I now have to figure out dinner.

I requested fried crispy ! I told the cashier and I re stated it again! The cook had sent them to the front less than 5 minutes. Wings were not done and the seasoning had none on the 3 different flavors. I am very dissatisfied with the food

I ordered the Honey lemon pepper wings combo,I didn't taste honey or lemon pepper just tasted like plain wings.The fries were soggy I guess from either the sauce that was supposed to be on the wings or grease. ??

My husband got a wing combo, they were alright.. nothing special. I got a Philly (steak) combo it was horrible. Meat tasted old and chewy. Fries were good because of seasoned salt added. Don’t think we will be back.

I paid almost $30 just to wait over 30 minutes for food that was not only incorrect but disgusting. The restaurant says no refunds even when THEY get the order wrong. I definitely do not recommend and suggest you save your coins and spend elsewhere.

Dude didn’t look up from his phone and yelled we’re closed! They close at 1:45, and I got there at 10:45.. and there were three men standing around also on their phones.. rid them please

What a huge disappointment… We eat here once or twice a week… Tonight was the first night for a pick up to take home. Opened the OG sandwich to a piddle of meat… Half meat to half bread. I call up there, super nice girl said she spoke to the owner and yes “they have lowered their portion sizes” $10 for a bread sandwich isn’t cool…

We’ve liked their food since they’ve came to Town Center. Wings are okay! Usually their phillies are fine, no complaints. But this? This is crazy. When we called, they stated that the cooks were over stuffing the buns so now there are new portions. But this is the new portion size? This would be a philly made for a child, not a grown man. ?

Best wings I’ve had in a long time! All sauces are made in house & they make your wings extra wet! Also, the fried rice is very good!! Would absolutely recommend two friends and family!

I’ve been in twice within the same week around 11:45am and the hours start at 11. Both times I was told it would be over a 30-minute wait before I ordered my food because they were all late to work and hadn’t started prepping food yet. This is horrible and unacceptable. Both times, I was not the only customer who decided not to order and walk out.
