The CHICKEN WINGS were undercooked! To pay $18 for ten undercooked chicken wings is crazy. I called them to get a refund(just for the wings, not the full order). They informed me that all they could do is remake the order when I requested a refund. How can a place with wings as a part of their name mess up the one thing they should get right. This is the third time they have messed up my order. I tried to support a small business, but due to the continuance of failure I can no longer be a customer.

My family and I did not have a good experience here. The bathroom was nasty. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got chopped grilled chicken with some herb seasoning bs and with no toppings that the cashier said it came with. My son’s cheesesteak was salty af. My husband’s wings were ordered honey hot and we got regular hot! No dressing in the bag! $55 dollars wasted here. One and done! I do not recommend this restaurant!

The food is not good anymore & i don’t approve how they treat their employees. there is a manager name Jerry who took my order it was not correct she was very rude & talking nasty Her Employees This is Very Unprofessional and i do not recommend anybody to eat at this establishment.

The ordering process online was seamless, and having ordered here before, I can confidently say they are consistently amazing. The people, food, and atmosphere are top-notch!
Went for lunch, took me asking for an update to get my food even started because they thought I "already had it". My lunch hour ended before I got my food, I asked for a refund and was then handed a box and told they can't give refunds. I ordered the grilled turkey w/ bacon melt with onion rings (paid extra for the onion rings). They gave me a BLT with fries.

I waited over 30 minutes for 10 shrimps. Would’ve been 25 but the girl who packed my order didn’t even think to call a name. Didn’t even acknowledge the wait. Insane!!!!!
This is my last visit to this establishment. I have been coming here since I was in high school. The new owners do not care about keeping the spirit of this place alive. Instead of caring about customer service and food quality like the original owners used to they installed a bunch of technology that they don’t know how to use and fancy lights that add nothing to the quality of the food or service. I have ordered inside the store. that will take 40 minutes. If I order online, it’ll take 80 minutes two employees and a manager to figure out what’s going on with a tablet just to get my food. And with the online ordering, it doesn’t matter if you use any of the name, brand sites to order through or even this places official website the order is never ready when I get there and I have to wait for it to get made every time on top of that it’s never correctly made ingredients are in there that I didn’t ask for, under seasoning, etc. I hope they really do turn this place around. This has been of my favorite places to eat in Conyers for a really long time but I think my time at this place has come to an end.

Tonight I am at the restaurant world of wings in Conyers… It has been a wonderful experience. This is the second time I’ve tried to call. My daughter came here and put us on. The fish is definitely something to talk about. I have not tried the full menu, but I have tried the chicken wings. Oh yeah, they are on fire on this restaurant family spot .. Friendly family, orientated, and most of all it’s a black owned restaurant so I will definitely be supporting

Checked them out since we were in the area and I must say I am satisfied. Fish was good and fried to perfection. The jumbo shrimp, finger licking good and to top it off, those creole lemon pepper wings.... banging.

Great find on my way home. I got 5 wings and 5 shrimp combo with fries. The Creole lemon pepper (with extra lemon pepper) was very good. They serve drinks and beer too. I believe they had live music on the patio that evening. I talked about the wings so much I had to bring the wife back to try them. She enjoyed them as well but did comment that they could use another sprinkle of lemon pepper. We also tried the shrimp and catfish (whole and filet). Yes we came hungry ? The lemonade is good as well. Love that it's only 10 mons from my house. I will come back for lunch and try the lunch specials.
