I have coming the W.O.W for many years cause they have the best wings and even better with newer ownership, but recently I and my better half have been trying other things on the menu and let me tell you everything we have tried is on point. Best catfish, hush puppies, turkey burger, burnt end mac and cheese, and collard greens. We always leave full and happy!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Jerri, who recommended so many great specials they had for lunch. Every time I order through grubhub I have missing food. Food is too expensive to not get everything I've paid for. First time I ordered the philly mixed combo and I didn't get the flavored wings I ordered nor my drink. I called them a the female that answered did a little laugh then said sorry. Didn't offer to give me a credit for what was missing or nothing. Today me nor my husband got fries and I made our meal combos. I called and put on hold so long I hung up. My family spends so much money at this restaurant and to not get what we paid for is unacceptable

Food is subpar but I will say the fries at least have salt. The wings have absolutely no flavor besides the sauce.
MY MAIN CONCERN is that I went in here visibly shaking, asked if you accept apple pay and said I was so dizzy as I panted and laid my head on the counter trying not to pass out. Niether the cashier OR MANAGER (maybe partial owner per convo I heard) offered me a drink, sugar to put under my tongue, a seat, a hand to walk to a seat NOTHING. I forced myself to order something quick DESPERATE for a drink and some nutrients.
Put a splash of ransid tea in my cup to put under my tongue so I didnt PASS OUT. Thank Goodness I ordered in time as the ill equipped staff stared. I even began to cry from the pain and fear that I was going to need to go to the hospital, without any care from the staff. Things are not being kept to standard because that tea should have been replaced hours ago.
Dont think you can train someone on HUMANITY but the way I was treated makes me regret needing to buy something from here. The cameras will corroborate what im saying and I honestly want a refund at this point.
