TERRIBLE if I could give them negative stars I would came to get fingers dipped in sweet and spicy and got dry tenders basically plain and they don’t pick up the phone my first and last time at this poor store 40$ down the drain my family who food I paid for orders was better then mines and I’m the one who purchased pretty sure the trash didn’t even enjoy the horrible meal advice to you all never go here they won’t even pick up to give me any type of service

We ordered the new zensation zalad and we were disappointed. The zalad had no toppings except for wonton strips, slaw and 1 chicken tender. It came with a soggy egg roll and it was not good. $28.00 later we tried to eat it but it was unbearable.

Wont come here again!!! I ordered me and my familys food and sat down and halfway through our meal i ordered milkshakes for my 2 small kids and husband and myself. As i went to go pick them up the girl at the register just gawked at me and didnt say a word. Then refused to give me my 20$ milkshakes until i asked 4 times what is the issue. Then she said " you can just have them i guess" UM what?? I just paid for them ofcourse i can. Then just walked away as someone came over and corrected the situation. If you cant handle working in fast food. Then DONT.

If you looking for a late dinner with your family. Please don't waste your time. They will give you that leftover food, who has been reheated whole day... after a long drive I was counting on Zaxbys to be able to provide my family with a quick dinner but nothing was edible. See picture for the reheated frieds and it tast nasty.

I was a little disappointed in my order it was wrong and when I got home I didn't want to come back out and didn't receive my receipt so I could get my points.I visit Zaxbys often and was a little surprised at this visit.
