I asked for the food extra crispy fries and chicken. Everything came out great I will go back because they got the order correct

Terrible customer service, I did a mobile order and told the cashier through the speaker and was told to pull forward after getting to the window I was told my order was not ready yet and to pull into a parking spot and my food will be out momentarily, I waited 20 minutes for them to bring me my food which never arrived, I went inside and asked for my order which was already made, and just sitting on the counter cold no one even attempted to even try to bring it out to me. Terrible customer service Zaxby’s.

Kinda mixed service for first time but not holding it against them. We were first customer of day and not sure what time open so went drive thru first to ask and greeted w/ pretty sarcastic answer and that me making it as nice as POSSIBLE. But inside were super nice and food always good for price so I don't mind giving her a break....don't blame her for not being overly thrilled working Sunday morning... sometimes takes a Min to warm up to customer service persona, I get it

TERRIBLE if I could give them negative stars I would came to get fingers dipped in sweet and spicy and got dry tenders basically plain and they don’t pick up the phone my first and last time at this poor store 40$ down the drain my family who food I paid for orders was better then mines and I’m the one who purchased pretty sure the trash didn’t even enjoy the horrible meal advice to you all never go here they won’t even pick up to give me any type of service

We ordered the new zensation zalad and we were disappointed. The zalad had no toppings except for wonton strips, slaw and 1 chicken tender. It came with a soggy egg roll and it was not good. $28.00 later we tried to eat it but it was unbearable.
