The wings ordered from this restaurant was absolutely horrible. The women in the back who prepared this meal did a terrible job. The wings were dry and barely coated with sauce. The Gentleman who served me did an great job with his customer service. I watched as he served other customers exceptionally well.

Horrible experience.. came to buy dinner for my son and me and bought a Cobb salad.. only had two pieces of grilled chicken in it and it was burnt!!!!!! Yall don’t care about yall customers food I will no longer be ordering from this location.. I should have went to Chick-fil-A!!

We just had salads, everything on our salads was fresh and delicious. Portions large.
Let me start with the order taker outside she had good customer service. I got the zensation salad I wanted my fingers dipped in sweet & spice sauce. Once I received my order the fingers was not dipped in the sauce I asked for so I took the salad back instead of them remaking the salad the put sauce over the salad making a soup salad I could not believe it at all. The sad thing I use to be a manager at Zaxby’s and know there expectations and this was no where near it. This Zaxby’s need to be shut down they make a bad reputation for Zaxby’s. I am not even going to talk about the egg roll look like they did not do there mid day oil filtering.
We didn't even get to eat here today because the music was so loud. When we asked them to turn it down we were told that the staff on site couldn't change the volume. We have had similar issues with this location before.

Had ordered two grilled chicken dinners to go, after getting home, could not eat the chicken, was old and over cooked, like chewing rubber, called the manager, he confirmed chicken was old and they would replace them, after driving back to the restaurant, I was told the manager was outside somewhere, never seen him and he obviously didn't tell the employees about the chicken because the two dinners they replaced were just as bad and part of the order was wrong, I won't be going back to this Zaxby's.

Went into this location today for lunch. This was my first visit and I must tell you it was one of the best experience I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Food was fresh and good. Great Job everyone!
