This is my favorite location in Covington! That staff is always so polite and always have smiling faces. I had a concern with my order and called the store and it was solved in minutes. Nothing wrong on their part it was my own doing. Definitely my go to for chicken

I ordered a house salad with baked chicken, and the chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly. I will not be spending money at this location again, and the service was lacking as well.

Did order online.... NO ZAXBYS SAUCE IN TOGO BAG!!! I even asked the lady if my extra sauce was in bag too... and she said yes... unacceptable. I spent $30 to have no sauce with our 3 meals when i got home. Had to pull out chick fil sauce that we had gotten the other night... Very disappointed in yall. Do better ?

Waited 20 minutes for doordash, never got order, another driver who arrived after me received her order before me and a customer with tenders who'd only been waiting 10 minutes got her order before me as well, when I asked employee she told me they're waiting on fresh tenders and I explained I had been there 20 minutes and she turned her back on and went back to bagging other items???

Kind and helpful team with a fantastic shift leadership making sure each area of the store was taken care of in a timely manner.

Ordered a combo meal and an extra order of the Cheddar Bites off UberEats. Full order of Cheddar Bites is missing and I was given Root Beer instead of Sprite. Do better please.

Had a traditional wings meal with a large fries. Barely got any fries and they were soggy. This location used to be good but idk what’s up with them now. Not only was the food disappointing I had a curbside pickup, waited outside for a solid 35 minutes and had to go inside to get my food.
