We went to zaxbys at the town center and got lunch Togo the service was good but the food was awful our chicken was dry and seemed like it had been cooked days prior there was also a hair in my sandwich. The only thing good was the kids meal. So disappointed spending 30 dollars on food and not getting to eat it.

The manager Peachers (not sure if it’s her real name) was more than great, if I could give more than 5 stars, I’d definitely would! Food was great & her customer service was impeccable!

Unfortunately, I had to give them a one star today.
When we arrived, my husband was at the counter for approximately 10 minutes, waiting for somebody to come to the counter to take our order. Finally, somebody came to the counter and got our order. At this point there was no one else in front of us or in the dining room. It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food!!! I will attach the receipt and the owner can pull the camera in the dining room to see the time difference. We paid for extra things like extra cheese and extra sauce and we didn’t get any on our meals. I understand it’s only $.50 here and $.25 there, but it adds up every single time because this seems to be a repetitive issue…
The counter was nasty and even had hair on it and they left the stir for the sweet tea out in the open and there were flies flying around, so I don’t know if the flies get on the sweet tea whisk. Also, I’m not trying to be ugly, but the lady that took our order with the red ponytail her shirt was very dirty like she had worn it for multiple days in a row.

So after 8 pm you are told a 10 min wait more like 30. For a fastfood restaurant to not have food ready because it's 8pm is stupid

My family comes here often we usually order mobile, today we did just that. Once we arrived and went through drive thru the young lady at the front window confirmed my name and order and instructed us to drive forward. At the next window the young man asked again and a woman behind him yelled we don’t have a mobile order for that name. I asked if they needed the refer number and double checked the location. The young lady yelled again yeah we don’t have an order for you. The young man told us to pull forward which we did. Once he walked out he let us know that they found it in their system and now needed to make our order. Mind you online it said our order would be ready at 6:43 we arrived at 6:50 once all the confusion was figured out we ended up getting our order at 7:05. This may not seem like anything major to some, but there are definitely better ways to handle things like this without yelling out the drive thru that there is not an order for us without confirming on your end. Then not do much as an apology or anything

Went by Zaxbys from church. I went through the drive through. I ordered a meal for my grandson, and a 5 piece dinner plate to share between my husband and I. When I got home, 12 minutes later, I had 5 pieces of chicken with no fries or slaw. I rode back and showed them what happened. Now, I'm not asking for free food, but they should have replaced the whole meal. I had to pay for the fries. When I got back home (this is a total of 45 minutes) I had cold chicken to eat. I was not a happy camper.

I had the traditional wings. The restaurant was very nice, and the young man that verified my online order was also attentive.
Wanted to try the lemon dry rub so I got the traditional wings.
The wings were fried way to hard and broke my tempory dental crown.
Needless to say m, I will be in yhe dentist office tomorrow. I also paid for extra fries and was not happy with the amount which barely looked like the regular fries.

Today, my wife and I ordered for our family in excess of $100……while at the window we realized we were missing the kids meal…..when we advised the manager, she said she must have forgotten it…..she said we would have to pull back around to order it again…..i said “ma’am can we just pull up and wait? Why would we have to pull back around after you clearly just said you forgot to add it….” She said that’s just the policy…..i just spent over $100 and couldn’t get my order corrected without having to wait in line….Unacceptable!

The damn audacity of this entire staff of workers having attitudes the second someone pulls up , nasty people who hate their jobs and clearly don’t want any customers returning, don’t tell me what I ordered when you gave me the wrong order and than have an attitude the whole time. The smuggest rudest people, never returning they should shut yall down. From the woman at the drive through to the dude who’s taking out orders everyone was just rude before you even speak to them. I don’t care if your job sucks that’s not every single customers fault. I hope they shut yall down.
