Came in for some wings didn’t like them offered to pay for some more he just gave me money back talking about if I didn’t like the wings again what was I gonna do ask for some more I didn’t ask for no more I was willing to buy some more very disappointing I would absolutely never recommend them to anybody at all worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant!!!!!!! Ownership switched up , place got worse when the Asian family took over prices spiked and quality went down 80 cents for a ranch sauce is hilarious not to mention you get 1 sauce for a 10 pc wing. No carrots no celery straight up cheap and greedy. Wings the size of your pinky finger , asked for a extra sauce no charge they laughed at me 😂😂😂

They closed off all lights and all machines at 8:40, while people were in the store. This is your sign to drive 10min away to the next American deli ! Asian lady and her I assume husband was rude and disrespectful 🤬

If you are trying to drive here a hr before closing be aware that they close 30 minutes early with lights out and doors locked !! I went in to get a refill and they said I had to buy a new cup ! Keep in mind the cups are $5 !!!

The asain lady working in the front is very rude and cuts people off in the middle of ordering . She tries to rush you to finish speaking. The food was literally done in 60 seconds or less. The fish was to soft/ undercooked and the wings looked liked throw up. The texture of the wings was chewy like gum . I have been to multiple American Delis but this is the worst one !!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE . I rarely give a review but I had to. The service and food was bad . The best part was the friend and even that was mediocre. ( how does American deli mess up fried fish ??

The review you’ve been looking for— full disclosure, I’m from Atlanta, I’m talking Bankhead American Deli, East Atlanta, even Glenwood. If you find yourself like me, supporting family and being brought to the hospital on this side. 👋🏿 I APPROVE THIS AMERICAN DELI‼️ Now, when I arrived and saw my dry lemon pepper wings, I said— y’all put flour on these? That’s not how we do it where I’m from, but it was lightly coated with cornstarch. NOW don’t start running saying nah. I actually was disappointed before I tried them and once I added some more lemon pepper sprinkles it was actually spot on. You’re going to have to probably say extra crispy on the fries because they need to work on their crispy fries, BUTTT the wings are a perfect size and really good. NOW they didn’t have fruit punch so I couldn’t get a 3-mix, but they did have peach and lemonade and it was made correctly. So pull up on these folks and enjoy! The customer service was good and the health score is 100 and all their other scores in the past are 100 too. 🫡
