After ingesting the lemon pepper wings we felt like Mr clean and a cancer patient all at the same time. The only high points of our meal was the man who delivered it and the ranch dressing…would not purchase again EVER. (Ps) the cup of ranch was bigger than the wings..

Ordered chicken and i received one flavor cold! Called and let them know and the lady that answered laughed at me and said it was because the wings were tossed in wet sauce…. Next call I made they had me blocked! My feelings were hurt! That lady at the front shouldn’t deal with people at all she’s rude!

The owners are rude and possibly racist. They insisted that they gave us our entire order, though the 15 wing dinner was missing. To make it worse, they then said they gave it to my daughter. However, my son is who actually picked it up. Finally, it was 8:45 PM when I rang them to share that we were coming back to get the wings. They said they were already closed though they close at 9:00. I will never support this location again. Never had this issue at Wings 101!!!!!

I've been coming to this American deli location for about 3 to 4 years. It is the most cleanest and the most consistent quality of food. If you want wings, this place is certainly for you. it will fulfill that craving. They are quick consistent and always double check your order by opening in front of you to make sure it's correct. As a person from the state where they made wings, I can say these are wings that will be able to itch that craving you have . Edit: Daniel B. Review I was there this man straight up, yelled at the woman at the register Asked her if she was OK like a maniac, then proceeded to stair them down like a madman. Then got mad when her husband wanted to defend his wife from this behavior. You need to learn how to respect people. Then he had the audacity to look around and say "Hey, can you believe this" A guy got up and said "You were Rude when you walked in." He then realized that no one was on his side. Said he'll take a refund. And left Just cause you said no to a combo order multiple times. Then got mad because you meant to order a combo you don't get to yell at people and try to intimidate. You should be Ashamed Daniel who ever raised you taught you better than that. And the only reason I don't post the photo/video of you it's cause you were in work attire and I don't want people spamming the company.

Terrible service . I ask the lady if she was ok because she was shaking her hand and she starts yelling at me ! I'm a customer who just paid !!! That's not right and so she gets her husband the cook to start yelling because she didn't like me, don't recommend this place . They forced me to get a refund when all I wanted was to eat my food I ordered .. they need to be under new management cause what a night mare !!!! I will never go back to this establishment again and will Make sure I tell everyone about it!!!

Wings were good but fish was cooked too hard. Seems like every visit the prices increase slightly. Ordered 5 wings and 2 piece fish which didn’t include a side for $15.99. Seems like it should have come with a side or celery/carrots but no. It included a dressing but when I asked for tartar for the fish cashier proceeded to ring it up for 85 cents. Really no tartar included for fish?? My son ordered fried rice which now the Yum yum sauce supplier is supposedly not making it. I think I will start looking for a new wings place going forward.

The workers and owners are lairs and have a problem with hiring a person of color and there quality of food is low budget to cover cost and to charge customers hire prices. WNB Wing Factory is better and more friendly towards people of color who is looking for a job.

Last time I ordered food from here I ordered in store and waited til they were finished. I got to my car and the food was cold. Now I ordered here at least 10 times before food was always hot. This one time I called in to let them know because I had just pulled off the owner became super aggressive over the phone because I said the food was cold. Super shocking and confusing. During his yelling on the phone he also made a racial slur referring to me as you people! I’ll never support them again. These owners are most likely not even citizens of US, but had the nerve to refer to me an ACTUAL CITIZEN as you people. News flash your business receives most of your business from AMERICANS…humble yourself you can be shut down just as fast as you opened‼️ They are racist stop supporting people like this. They come to our country and get rich off of us when they secretly don’t like us. Americans could never go to China/Korea open a business and be successful like they are here. Stop supporting these kind of people‼️

Horrible horrible establishment! They treat you like crap when you call to let them know they gave you old chicken tenders and that they tossed it in a sauce you didn't ask for. I called and their response was we're busy and hung up on me. I too am a paying customer that spend $40. I will never be back! DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Last time here. Seems to be under new management or ownership. Prices have easily come up 25-30% in the last month. Got charged $5 for extra meat on Philly sub and I would even question if I got jist regular meat. Order was also made wrong. When shown wrong order, I was told they couldn't remake it because they asked and I said yes to how they made it wrong. Customer directly behind me even spoke up saying they never asked. Employees did nothing. Waste of a $16 dollar meal. No longer recommend this place.
