Went thru drive through on 9/29/24 and was so excited to see the sign Potato Cakes. Ordered only to be told sold out. Just ruined the whole meal. Curly fries and crinkle fries are low grade not meaty and not freshly hot when ordered. Roast beef sandwich is good but room for improvement. The meat doesn’t taste like it used too but very doable. The sides need a huge Improvement to set them aside from all the other fast food places with fries to make me want to go to Arby’s before other places.

Not just one experience but multiple terrible service experiences. Fo instance today my wife orders a gyro no sauce “ for allergy reasons” and a coke get it home and not only is the sauce on its running out of both ends with a Diet Coke. Thanks Arby’s how would you like the news that someone went to the hospital from anaphylactic shock from you putting something in their food they specifically asked you not to?

Friendly and attentive staff. The food was really good. The restaurant looked a little bit dirty inside. But overall a very good experience.
I ordered through Uber Eat and the combo arrived incomplete!!! How is it possible that you are paying for an order and it does not arrive in full, what are they thinking when you pack the food, you don't go out to get the food to save time and it turned out worse
I give the service a 1 star for many reasons. Ordered 6 cheese sticks, got 4, no napkins, no ice, no lemonade. Nothing worse than having to ask for ice over and over. Lady at drive thru very unhappy. Oh well, this arby's have had a problem hiring good workers for the last few years. All customers in eating area were complaining.
