Went thru drive through on 9/29/24 and was so excited to see the sign Potato Cakes. Ordered only to be told sold out. Just ruined the whole meal. Curly fries and crinkle fries are low grade not meaty and not freshly hot when ordered. Roast beef sandwich is good but room for improvement. The meat doesn’t taste like it used too but very doable. The sides need a huge Improvement to set them aside from all the other fast food places with fries to make me want to go to Arby’s before...
I give the service a 1 star for many reasons. Ordered 6 cheese sticks, got 4, no napkins, no ice, no lemonade. Nothing worse than having to ask for ice over and over. Lady at drive thru very unhappy. Oh well, this arby's have had a problem hiring good workers for the last few years. All customers in eating area were complaining.
