Perhaps because two men worked, no one said welcome or fairwell, but the restaurant was clean and cool, and the roast beef and Gyro sandwiches were very fresh and delicious.

Came at 11/15/2024 10:15pm. Saw the guy in the back working. Waited trying to order and they just ignored me. Drove around saw the guy still in the back he looked at my car and I went to drive there but he still ignored me. Waste of my time if you are gonna at least pretend to be closed shut off the lights or answer and say you don’t wanna cook the food.

I have mixed feelings about this Arby's. I haven't been to this one in a while, but I went there yesterday around 5:40 pm, and it was a horrible experience. The person who was taking my order was very rude. I have a speech impediment, and he got frustrated with my studering. He started raising his voice at me. After every item I asked for, he would ask, "Is that all!" He made it seem like he had to rush to take my order. I told the guy at the cashier window about it, and he was very understanding about it.

I walked in and there was no one at the cash register but the manager was sitting there leaned up against the counter and refused to even acknowledge me while he was on his cell phone surfing the internet. His employee must have been in the restroom or something but I would assume a manager would at least acknowledge a customer and take their order. He must have thought it was beneath him to take an order. After standing there for several minutes without being acknowledged I just walked out. I definitely won't be going back here.
