I have mixed feelings about this Arby's. I haven't been to this one in a while, but I went there yesterday around 5:40 pm, and it was a horrible experience. The person who was taking my order was very rude. I have a speech impediment, and he got frustrated with my studering. He started raising his voice at me. After every item I asked for, he would ask, "Is that all!" He made it seem like he had to rush to take my order. I told the guy at the cashier window about it, and he was very understanding about it.

I walked in and there was no one at the cash register but the manager was sitting there leaned up against the counter and refused to even acknowledge me while he was on his cell phone surfing the internet. His employee must have been in the restroom or something but I would assume a manager would at least acknowledge a customer and take their order. He must have thought it was beneath him to take an order. After standing there for several minutes without being acknowledged I just walked out. I definitely won't be going back here.

Everything was fine, except being the only one inside and having to wait 7 minutes to have my order taken. The lady saw me several times and said nothing to no one. Won't go back, too many other options nearby.

Ordered a sandwich meal and it came with string cut fries? Where are the curly fries? When in the world have you ever had to specify that u wanted the infamous fries? On top of that I asked for Arby’s sauce and nothing in the bag. Nothing.

Great experience! The staff was thorough with our detailed order. Everything was like we wanted it. Hot and tasted great! The team members were kind and professional. They even went the extra mile giving the boys free cookies!
