The cubano sandwich and cobb salad could be better.

I've always liked ABC and wish there were more of them, but today... No one was manning the counter, and those in the back who could see people waiting ignored us. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich. Whoever made the sandwich doesn't know how to handle a fresh pastry. It was completely smashed, the bottom being paper thin made it so it couldn't be picked up, and affected the overall taste. Who wants their pastry smashed! I had to most of it with a fork! (I know in the big scheme of things, this is a zero, but I kind of wish I hadn't left a tip.)

Love the location and food but prices extremely high for sandwiches and very poor service. Staff are not friendly and extremely slow. Dawsonville location has better customer service.

I am writing this as a formal complaint against the staff at this location. I ordered a strawberry banana oatmeal bowl with no banana today. My order had bananas on it when arrived & I asked for it to be made again with double strawberry as my ticket stated. An employee at this location then began shouting at me, arguing that my order was correct, somehow my fault that it came with banana & refused to remake my order. It took me shouting back at her & her coworkers stepping in and re-reading the ticket to correct this. After all of this, I was still given the wrong order (no banana & 1 scoop of strawberry). At this point, I was fed up with my experience, left the food, left the restaurant and cancelled my order. I am appalled at the service I received at this location and would like a manager to be aware of this employees behavior today.

Really bad experience here tonight. First off, it was kids eat free but it wasn’t until I sat down waiting for my food did I notice that on that specials board. Of course the person who took our order didn’t mention it when I paid. I ordered a breakfast bowl with 2 sunny side up eggs that were cooked to the feel of a hockey puck. The egg yolk was cooked all the way through and the remaining sad ingredients in the bowl literally had zero flavor. I would have used the yolk to try and give the food SOME sort of flavor, but couldn’t even do that. I actually sent the bowl back (which I never do) and ordered a different protein bowl. It was a very sad attempt at food. Basically a few pieces of spinach with a big glob of hummus in the middle. At least this came with a side of dressing. I left hungry. Definitely won’t be back.

Ordered roast beef sandwich delivery. It was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Tried calling store and couldn’t get anyone on phone. Poor food. Poor service.

The service here is always fantastic, however the food and atmosphere seem to be lacking in taste and appearance. I wish it looked cleaner and the food tasted like it was sitting out for hours. But excellent service.
