First time here, was surprised by how good it was. Friendly workers and nice atmosphere. Food came out very quickly.

Cookie was stale. Sandwich was gas station quality. Soup was bad and I couldn’t finish it. What happened to this place the food used to be good, guess they stopped making it in house…

The cashier was nice and that was about it. Location was extremely slow when I went. It was NYE around 12:30-1pm. There was only 2 tables in the restaurant. I ordered to-go, it didn't take that long but everything was burnt. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING and the hallway leading to them was dirty and unattended too. It's weird you need to walk through their dry storage to get to the bathrooms. The food was overpriced for the quality. $29 for 2 half-n-half's, both sandwiches were burnt and the portions were tiny. Oh also I was never asked what side I wanted, bread was just assumed even though I ordered sandwiches lol. Will not be back. Photo attached of burnt sandwich, the Cuban panini was tiny and super thin, literally no ingredients on it. Not worth the money there are plenty of other food places within 2 minutes of here that are better. If I can return my whole order, I would.

I liked the menu options, the space, and the service. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because the floor was slightly sticky and there were some bread crumbs on several empty tables. They weren’t terribly dirty, but would have been nice if they were cleaner. But I don’t have any other complaints though; workers were kind and I enjoyed the students artworks on the wall, and I like that they have a room space although I have never used it yet.

Had to wait for 35 minutes for our order and we only got it after I went to inquire about it. It would probably take even longer than that if we were just waiting. We were told that they were super busy, but at least half of thr tables are vacant as seen from the photo.
We had to clean our table ourselves, no one was cleaning tables after the previous customers left.
Obviously had to bring my food myself to the table.
Food was not great. It tasted average. The serving of food could have also been better. The portion size was quite small. Will not recommend and will not return.
No one offered or provided a high chair for my kid.

Incredibly slow, and made the sandwiches wrong. Not sure if they don’t care or just are incompetent. Can’t recommend.

We have been waiting for 45 minutes for a back egg and cheese sandwich and a ham and cheese omelet. the tables were not wiped down and disgusting. We went to The collections shopping center in South Forsyth. We will not be eating here again. Waiting for 45 minutes for a tiny sandwich and an omelet in a restaurant less than half full is beyond ridiculous. My wife had to being our food to our table herself.

Went here for the first time today. I ordered a half Caeser Salad and a Mango, Pineapple,Spinach Smoothie. The staff was very nice, the place was quaint and charming, and the food was really good. The Caeser Salad was well made. I will be returning again in the future, to try more items.

The restaurant seemed dark and dirty. The area where the sodas and tea was dirty and in A back area with supplies. The counters were dirty and the Coke did not have much cola syrup in it. It was mostly water and carbonation so switched to the sweetened tea which was excellent. The sandwich bread was tough. All in all not a good experience. I have always liked The Atlanta Bread Company better than Panera Bread and was so happy to see it now in The Collections. However; there were very few customers there during the lunch hour. Kind of sad. Something has to change to bring the old ATL Bread back to the good old days. This site may not make it. Definitely I will not be back. Yuck !!!

Never eating here again. Seems like my food was sitting for over 30 mins. Food was cold. I poured out my ice coffee since it was water with a slight taste of coffee. Check your cameras of me pouring it out. Nasty. Soup was cold. The flat bread was ice cold. I am so pissed. Puck up was at 205 pm on 10/20. Never again.
UPDATE* Not sure whom I spoke with, but I called the store and was told I would be refunded. I have not been so upset like this, but I hope they stay to their word. I'll be there once I'm off work.
UPDATE* I was given a refund. They did hold up on their end. Gave an additional star for that effort.

Got a southwest breakfast bowl. It smelled less than desireable and didnt taste good at all. Potatoes were rubbery with no flavor, pico de gallo had no flavor either. Best thing was the bacon, but thats kind if hard to mess up. When I think breakfast bowl i would think the bottom would be lined with potatoes. They give you a small portion. I would rather take my 11+ dollars elsewhere for breakfast. This was my first time here and will be my last. Maybe the sandwiches are better.

The amount and quality of food you get for the price is terrible. The customer service is not good either. They do not know how to adjust any menu items to guest preferences or they just do not want to. Save your money and time. My picture is of the breakfast sandwich.

Terrible service! Make sure to check your to-go order before you leave because I ended up at home without any kettle chips. Also this is the only restaurant where you’re not asked what you want on your sandwich. It was too late by the time I realized all sandwich’s come with red onions. This will be my first and last time at this restaurant.
