Did take out at window for an ice cream cone. Asked for one scoop of jamoca fudge in a waffle cone with sprinkles. Got a waffle cone with fudge coated on it. Told the girl I didn’t order that. She proceeded to dump that ice cream in a plain waffle cone and added more ice cream. Then added about 10 sprinkles.Handed me the cone that was broken due to overstuffing the cone.To the owner…… I understand it’s hard to find people to work but how about putting the effort into training your employees. On the flip side you lost money on my order!!!!

Whenever you order a chocolate milkshake through the drive through and they’re out, 50% of the time they’ll just use vanilla ice cream and some chocolate syrup without telling you of the change. Which, usually would be fine, if the chocolate syrup didn’t have an awful aftertaste. Plus you’re not exactly getting what you ordered in the first place.

Bad service. They can't even make a simple milkshake. It tasted like bad watered down ice cream with no flavor. A worker was eating food while serving food. You are not allowed to do this. A lot of goofing off from the worker's. Looks like bad management.

We have been there a few times and each time the staff was very rude. First time, we asked their flavors since they are not listed and the response was, “we have 31 flavors am I supposed to tell you all of them.” Next time we went in and they informed us we are closing. Third and final time, it was only open for drive through, no flavors listed. We asked how are we supposed to know the flavors and the response was very sarcastic “well you Could ask”. Sunday night, 10 flavors available mostly non dairy, we were told the truck come Tuesday. Needless to say our last attempt, 3 strikes and done!
