Did take out at window for an ice cream cone. Asked for one scoop of jamoca fudge in a waffle cone with sprinkles. Got a waffle cone with fudge coated on it. Told the girl I didn’t order that. She proceeded to dump that ice cream in a plain waffle cone and added more ice cream. Then added about 10 sprinkles.Handed me the cone that was broken due to overstuffing the cone.To the owner…… I understand it’s hard to find people to work but how about putting the effort into training your employees. On the flip side you lost money on my order!!!!

Ordered breakfast today without realizing it was being delivered from this store. Bottom line... if you really want Dunkin' Doughnuts just go to any location other than this one on Bethelview rd. The products and services provided are not consistent with other Dunkin' Doughnuts stores. Portions are about half of what they are at other stores while this owner continues to charge full price. I have not had this problem at any other location. The only consistent thing about this store is that you can expect bad service and half of what you've paid for.

Went in today for breakfast. We were the only customers in the store-also no one in the drive through. No one would come to the register to take our order. They told us to use the kiosk. No one even offered to come over to help us. We left - very disappointed!!!!

Whenever you order a chocolate milkshake through the drive through and they’re out, 50% of the time they’ll just use vanilla ice cream and some chocolate syrup without telling you of the change. Which, usually would be fine, if the chocolate syrup didn’t have an awful aftertaste. Plus you’re not exactly getting what you ordered in the first place.

Bad service. They can't even make a simple milkshake. It tasted like bad watered down ice cream with no flavor. A worker was eating food while serving food. You are not allowed to do this. A lot of goofing off from the worker's. Looks like bad management.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service! I went in with my two kids, I was previously told to use the kiosk to order so that's what I was trying to do. The kiosk was not working properly and wouldn't allow me to select what I wanted to order for my kids. I asked for help multiple times from the workers, not a single one gave me a response nor did they come to help. There were at least 3 workers there. I'm usually very understanding. Everyone has bad days and we all are tired but they were just plain disrespectful and careless. They were fulfilling the drive through orders but wouldn't take a minute to come by and help me so I can grab the donuts and leave. It was the worst experience ever. If you cannot be kind and helpful to people then simply don't work somewhere like that. After failed attempts of trying to get help, I had to leave without getting anything for my kids. I was put in a terrible position in front of them. It was really frustrating for both me and my kids. Did I have to cause a scene to get help? Unfortunately I am not that person. It doesn't cost anything to be kind and helpful.
