Arrived at 8:48. Door was locked. Employee cleaning up saw us at the door, turned and ran into the back room. We waited at the door. She saw us waiting when she peeked out, assuming we’d left. However, since they didn’t close until 9, we assumed she had gone to get the door key. She turned off the light and ran back to hide again. Cost the location my business now and forever. Lazy employees tonight. Don’t waste your time coming here!

It took me a few days to come and write this review. I wanted to purchase a nice, unique ice cream cake for my daughter’s 14th birthday. Which is how I chose the seemingly perfect option for the Designer Handbag Cake. First off, the people at the register kept telling my sister and I that we had the wrong store. That was until I pulled out my phone and shower or root that we indeed had the correct store. Surprise; it was found in the back! Even after this, I was willing to not make a big deal about it. Once I got home to set things up for my daughter, I was instantly disappointed in the look. The “purse handle” had fallen off and had to be stuck back in. It basically looked rushed; like it wasn’t done with much effort. That was my first and last time purchasing anything from this store. I had such high hopes!

Very bad service. All I wanted was two ice creams, the guy at the window asked me to pull over so that he can get it outside. Since it was a drive thru I made way for others. The girl at the icecream was busy serving others who came inside the shop. Absolutely waste of our time. We just kept waiting in the car. Finally the girl came out with the order. A brownie in a cup topped it with icecream and she said it was a brownie sundae. Gosh they have no idea what they are doing. Poor service, badly managed staff! Not coming again.

Ordered through door dash, the brownie sundae was missing a scoop of ice cream and walnuts were mixed through out it. I'm very allergic to tree nuts and couldn't even eat it.
