Terrible service—one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin' Donuts. We walked in to buy some donuts, and a young woman behind the counter was busy sweeping the floor. After standing there for 5–10 minutes with no acknowledgment, I asked if anyone was working the register. She snapped, 'Can’t you see I’m sweeping?' At that point, it felt like she wasn’t just cleaning the floor—she was sweeping customers out the door too! We were about to walk out when the young man that was serving somone at the drive through came to take our order. He was very helpful but needless to say, we won't be coming back.

If I request ice cream from a fresh container, that's my choice. It's not acceptable to push pre-packaged options on me. If understaffing leads to employee frustration and attitude, it's a problem. Remind your employees that the customer's preferences should be respected, following the principle that the customer is always right.
Love the selection and location! Not so much an employee who perhaps was not having the best day but had the rudest attitude. My order was a simple cone and the poor young lady just mumbled and rolled her eyes. I understand we all have our days but that should not reflect on customers.
