I was glad to hear this place was under new management. Customer service and wait times seemed much better for a few weeks after too. Now they are right back to how they were before. Why am I waiting over 9 minutes consistently for 2 items? This has not happened just once. It happens every time I go here.

WHAT IN THE HELL!! You can Only get Cajun Chicken now on a Biscuit? Standing Inside this location and they outright said ONLY Cajun ... lol Because Everyone loves "Spicy" I seriously can't with this BS anymore ... DO BETTER BOJANGLES!!

Worst bojangles around .20 min wait on chicken legs. 10 min wait on cookies. Been sitting here waiting for over 20 minutes and everyone inside just goofing off. I think they actually forgot we're here.

Although this establishment is under 'new management', the service and options have not improved for customers. They literally told me they are unable to cook or provide anymore dark meat until all the breast have been cooked and sold. Why have a menu if you don't honor it. Maybe it's time for them to just shut down. I'm the CUSTOMER!! I PROVIDE MY OPTIONS OFF THE MENU! Not the other way around.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here since we always go to the one in Cleveland. It's one of our favorite spots to eat. We decided to come to this location after work. We ordered the 5 pc chicken tenders meal with Mac n cheese, fries, bo-biscuit, and sweet tea to drink. We were told that it comes with 2 sides. Only received Mac n cheese, the tea was old- had a moldy taste to it. Staff acted shocked that the tea was bad. Replaced it with lemonade. Never gave us a receipt. Didn't have the fries, went back to the drive thru, another worker stated that we only get one side with the meal. All this nonsense after having to repeat our order 3 times. The staff wasn't professional, they weren't paying attention to detail, they were more concerned about chit chatting, and quality of food was bone dry/sitting out under the heat lamp for a long time. Not worth $17. Certainly, did not eat all of the food. Hardly any of it honestly. We won't be coming to this location again.
We had a great experience. Manager was super nice and professional. She understands the importance of giving great customer service. We will be back.

Don’t give this place your business. There are some really sore, sorry ass people that are employed here. Came through the drive-thru today around 1 pm. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with orange juice, chicken biscuit, and two sausage Bo-berry biscuits with sweet tea. Drive thru speaker said they were out of Bo rounds, were fries okay? I said yes and pulled up. They handed me everything except the orange juice and I said I was missing it. She said they were out of orange juice, I said okay nobody told me that, can I get something else then? She tried to say no because I didn’t get charged for an orange juice, but I got charged for the combo which comes with a drink. She didn’t want to give me a drink, and had a terrible attitude, which is worse because it seemed like she was a manager. So I said okay forget your drink and went next door to Dunkin. We go to eat the food and the Bo-berry biscuits were missing the sausage and were covered in icing. The chicken biscuit was a Cajun filet biscuit, which is not what I ordered nor wanted. And both my biscuits were smushed all to hell and crumbling apart. So to recap: terrible attitude from employees, food was mishandled, and everything was wrong and/or missing. My visits to this Bojangles are few and far between because every time I give this place another chance it disappoints over and over. People should stop coming here so something better can be opened in its place.

Placed order at 7:38 in drive thru. Did not have bone in chicken. Forced to order something else. Waited 26 minutes in drive thru. Went in twice to check on food and was told it was coming. Two employees in there seemed overwhelmed and not managed. The chicken I did receive was undercooked and not editable. Worst fast food experience in a long long time. Stay away from this place

Second time attempting to try this place ! Order took over 30 mins to get ! Asked me to pull up said 6 mins 20 mins later employee approached Car asked for receipt and said my previous order was giving away to a car behind me that ordered wings to so was waiting again on more wings! 10 mins later I get out car walk in and my order is just Bernese as I asked for a refund! So I wait to only get home both dinners order chicken pieces wrong and old chicken and then the wings I waited for twice was under cooked if I didn’t live 20 mins away have taken it all back! Sides where hard and dried out even the free pie he throwed in bag was over cooked ! The owners don’t care!
