Food was ok; the four persons behind the counter were rude, hateful, disrespectful, and loud. Do not eat here. I recommend not going!

I like the quality of the breakfasts at Bojangles. My favorite is country ham and biscuits. The potato rounds are very good and always served hot. Prices are reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and service!!! Would even sit longer and enjoy as working space! Very welcoming staff, chicken was great, coffee was tasting even better than professional coffee places! Highly recommended!!! ✅👏

Went for breakfast it’s been a while since I’ve been to a bojangles and i remember them being pretty good but I was super disappointed. Can’t order most of the things listed on their menu during breakfast hours. I ended up getting a no berry sausage biscuit meal which is posted at $5.79. That is NOT what I was charged. I upgraded to a large tea and my check was almost $10. Tell me how it almost doubles?? Turns out they don’t have the meal priced to match the advertised and then charged an extra $1.70 just for the tea but Kay…. Then the girl at the window asked if I wanted mustard I told her no but I’d like some ranch for the tots and apparently that’s an extra 52 cent to get any sauce at all. Like I’m sorry you’re serving fries and tots and not even offering one sauce. Like I get for extra sauces but not even one? Cool. So finally get to actually trying the food and it was extremely lackluster. Idk what has happened to their biscuits but this one was absolutely terrible. Last time I had a no berry biscuit it was great. Crispy and buttery. This one was chalky but drowned in icing with barely warm sausage. Lest he toys were hot.

We just moved in this area, and I have been through their drive thru 2x now. Both times, the food was hot and yummy. The service was friendly and helpful. Last night we had an event that made us eat dinner later than usual and we saw they were open til 10pm so we went through the drive thru at 9:30p. We ordered a large 20pc chicken meal and though it was close to closing they were still friendly and kind and got us the order. We were informed that there was going to be a wait and we agreed to the wait. We appreciate the 2 employees that took care of dinner for us. Thanks for the pies that was a sweet surprise

Waited in line for 25 minutes, cars not moving, cars parked. Employee ( older African American female) took a big box of what appeared to be Bojangles food and other items to her black SUV while customers were impatiently waiting). A truck in front of us was pulled forward and very angry when he finally got his food. We pulled up to the window and waited- after 15 min of waiting for someone to come to the window-- all the employees went to the back (no one visible) we left. We are now reading the negative reviews from long ago, same issues--obviously the Bojangles business owner and Corporate do not care. We will never be back.
