Went at 7:45 this morning, ordered a steak biscuit and large sweet tea with light ice. Said it 3 times total because the unenthusiastic girl working the drive-thru who seemed like she was mad to be there couldn't listen or remember. I got an overcooked steak on an overcooked biscuit that were both almost hard from being under the heat lamp for so long...at 7:45am. And yhe sweet tea with light ice, was mostly ice. If you go in the morning and see certain people with a certain attitude and body language working, go somewhere else.

Manager is in the back yelling at worker and getting attitude with customers…some customers inside were waiting 10mins and other in the driver through haven’t got the order and have been waiting 10 mins outside another 10mins inside. On top of all that a worker even said he would be upset if he was a customer

Fast wonderful service! The food is always delicious!! The Chicken is always cooked to perfection!! We watched “It’s a Southern Thing” on YouTube that rated Fried Chicken in the south and Bojangles was the highest rated taste wise!!
Lady in the window was seriously sketchily trying to keep my BF's card. She sat it down on the counter after she ran it and he had to ask her several times to give it back. Then they got our order wrong and I'm fairly certain it was purposefully because they didn't have the spicy filets ready and just wanted to push the order out.

Ordered 2 Cajun biscuits this morning with bo-tato rounds in the drive thru. The chicken on both was not fresh and way over cooked and the biscuits were hard as a rock. Disappointing to say the least. Will check my order before leaving the drive thru if/when I decide to give them another try.

I forgot how good Bojangles chicken is. I swear it's better than Popeyes and better than KFC. The chicken was so hot and fresh and so seasoned . I loved it and that is my go-to for chicken for now on. The only complaint I had was the lady was slow as heck!

This 5 Star Review Is Befause Of Dennis (Shift Manager) in July 27th 11AM I came in with my kids to get breakfast, drive through was wrapped around the building inside was slammed. Dennis was doing the front counter also slammed with tons of people running around making sure everyone was served and happy! I haven’t been to Bojangles in so long, but this is definitely a reason to continue to come back from the service to the good food and clean environment.
