The drive thru isn’t working so you have to go in. No one working the register when you go in. It took a while waiting at the register for someone who was supposed to be working the back came forward since no one else did.

Rarely does this location have what is on the menu. Rarely have breast or sandwich chicken. You order mashed potatoes and get extremely salty French fries. The drive thru is an order-pay-park &wait. If you have time to waste - this is your place. This is not for a 1 time visit because I am a fool thinking they will eventually care about the customer. Good thing is if you want to dine in there is always empty spots for parking.

Went at 7:45 this morning, ordered a steak biscuit and large sweet tea with light ice. Said it 3 times total because the unenthusiastic girl working the drive-thru who seemed like she was mad to be there couldn't listen or remember. I got an overcooked steak on an overcooked biscuit that were both almost hard from being under the heat lamp for so long...at 7:45am. And yhe sweet tea with light ice, was mostly ice. If you go in the morning and see certain people with a certain attitude and body language working, go somewhere else.

Manager is in the back yelling at worker and getting attitude with customers…some customers inside were waiting 10mins and other in the driver through haven’t got the order and have been waiting 10 mins outside another 10mins inside. On top of all that a worker even said he would be upset if he was a customer
No dark meat available when they substituted wings for dark meat they charged a up charge for their not having dark chicken. In the past they don’t have chicken ready poor management
