Meal was delightful, if not slightly overpriced. Service was excellent, and the ambience was very good, as it was quiet for a Saturday night.

It's taken me a while to write my review about Branchwater. But it'll be worth it.

So, I've been frequenting Branchwater for a few months now (that should tell you how this review will go) and have gotten to know a good amount of the staff here. I'll start with my shout outs, and there's a few. Gibson was the first bartender I ever had. He's a pretty cool guy. Then there's Lexi, Katie, Lizzy and Meagan. all awesome!! Then Shandy, a server who is a really sweet. Georgia, the hostess is a sweetheart!! Jose the chef is a super cool dude!! very polite and much respect. Then there's the boss. Jackie is an exemplary boss. She is a very very hard working boss and loves her staff and it shows!! Now for the quality of food and drinks. I give them both a 10! If I have forgotten anyone, please forgive me because you're all great!!

$5 Martini Tuesdays and half off wine by the glass on Wednesdays are a good draw as well..

You can have really good food at a restaurant but, if the staff sucks, there's always other places to go for good or decent food. The staff really inspires you to come back. And because of this, you can give Jackie 2 thumbs up for having a great staff. They all love her and therefore, that projects onto how they treat their guests. Great Job Branchwater and great job to the staff...

The food was delicious. Our party of 4 were all pleased. The waiter, Blake was on the spot! The booth was ridiculously high, so we moved to a table. We are tall, so I cannot imagine how a short person could eat there. No big deal at all, unless there is no where else to sit. The restaurant should have them fixed. I would definitely go back and enjoy the good food and service, but ask for a table not a booth.

We brought a group of six in for dinner and really enjoyed everything we ate. The salmon was excellent! The burger and the Chicken cutlets were also delicious. Our server was very helpful and did a fine job. We will definitely be back.

Good good and service. It does get loud as it fills up, but food and service make it worth it.

We ordered takeout from here and it was a complete disaster. They gave our food to someone else accidentally which can happen. It took them 40 minutes to remake the food, never offered a drink or anything to make us whole, and then screwed up the order on top of it. And then food was very mediocre at best. Super disappointing experience and would not go back.

The only complaint we have is the booths are narrow and tables a bit high or benches sits low. Hard to cut your steak with your elbows up.

Table just a little messy w/o table linen. Asked for S&P...empty salt. Ordered cocktail...way off. Asked for them to tweak w/ my suggestion...taken but returned to me equally as 'off'. No bread offered. NY strip tasty by tough 'band' running thru. Salads pretty good. Should use Circle A Farm lettuce since it's delivered to Vickery every week and is soooo much tastier than commercial lettuce. Thanks.

Reservations were not taken into account and we waited about 40 min longer, along with about a 20 minute wait to order any food. Our reservations were at 6:30 and we did not leave until after 9:30/9:45. Food came very long after ordering. Unfortunately not Impressed and doubtful that we will do another family dinner there.

I go to Branchwater at least once a month with a group of 5 ladies. I also go as a couple at least twice a month. I was extremely disappointed in the bar service on this visit as our drink order took almost 30 minutes for the 5 of us and 4 of the orders were just wine! It appeared that there was only one bartender but surely a manager could have helped out with wine pours. Our server was pleasant and apologetic but clearly had no power. The second drink order was also extremely delayed and we had all completed our meal and decided to just cancel the drinks that had not arrived. I feel that the server and the single bartender should have been assisted by the manager and at the very least our group that brings regular business to Branchwater should have been acknowledged by the manager for our extreme delays.

Use to be the best steakhouse.
Then, a few years ago, the quality dropped, so I had no choice but to stop going because the food was so bad.

I waited about 2 years and tried it again recently.
Food was better and so was service.
I returned the following week, ordered their
Porterhouse steak the way I had the week before.
This time, they added some sort of sauce on top, which I did not ask for or want.

The server sent it back and retuned to me with a “new steak” which was obviously the same steak, but it was apparent that it had been WASHED
And dried with maybe dried with a paper towel!??!!
I asked the server and she couldn’t deny it and just apologized and asked me if I wanted a new steak.

Holy hell.
I just got my bill and left.
Cocktail was good though

Food tastes old, had been warmed a few times. The AC wasn't working which made it very uncomfortable. We left after 1 appetizer.

Great food and great service!

Excellent seating in a side booth in the bar area. The server provided the best service ever at Branchwater. She was also assisting behind the bar.

2 options, Brunch special or Full menu. I signed up for full menu. Drove an hour to get there on Mother’s Day since it’s her favorite restaurant. Get there and the they say no full menu available. No flexibility even though it was there mess up for allowing to sign up for full menu, wouldn’t have come if it was brunch only.
