Food and service were great! Caught by surprise when we saw extra charges for things we were not informed of when ordering. Actually, pretty petty. Did NOT go with the great food and service.

We had a fabulous birthday dinner at branchwater. Our server (blanking on his name right now) was great! They were a bit slow the night we were there but he was very communicative and upfront about the speed. Very apologetic, but we totally understand, it happens! Overall the food and service were great and we would come again for sure

Our first experience at Branchwater for our anniversary was amazing. Great food (you have to get the brussel sprouts) and our server Sydney was helpful and gave excellent service while still letting us enjoy our meal. The new owner Katie seems to truly care about the experience people have at the restaurant. The braised short rib and grouper are both excellent! Branchwater is a MUST try.

Went there on 12/23/25 around 6:15 and we had to wait for the hostess to come seat us. Someone from another dinner party waiting had to go find her.

When she did finally seat us, she sat us all the way in the back and wouldn’t let us choose a better table. She said all the other tables were reserved. There was one other table in the room with guests.

It took almost 20 minutes for our server to come to the table. After he arrived, the service was good. He was very attentive.

The portion size was very small like a lunch portion. For the prices, you expect a dinner sized portion.

I don’t think I’ll be back.

The hanger steak we chard and tastes burnt. Sent it back and the cook said it looked fine which it did but tasted terrible. My wife's chicken didn't taste good either. For a place I would have argued had the best hanger Steak really failed on this trip. Must be a new chef or something.

The service here was great but the food and overall experience I expected for my husbands birthday was ehhh. The food definitely could've used more seasoning, especially for the price. I chose this place because i was under the impression my husband would feel extra special for his birthday and there was nothing that made this place stand out. Tbh I would've been better off taking him to a popular chain restaurant.

Great food at reasonable prices but it is very loud. With a table of 5 we basically could not talk without yelling.

We had a party of 6 with 6 meals, 6 drinks, and desserts. The ONLY thing here that was good was the French fries. The chocolate cake was soggy like wet bread.

We always go to Branchwater to celebrate a special event, whether it be birthdays, new cars, new house, new job, or Valentine's day. The food is exceptional and the drinks are always good! I will always recommend Branchwater!

Not our first time and we really have enjoyed dining here. Food is great, service is great. Only slightly negative comment is that is can and does get quite noisy.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. The service is always warm and welcoming and the food is top notch. Specifically the grouper, lobster, and steak. The creme brulee for dessert is delicious! Honestly I don't know why this place doesn't have 5 stars. It's always a 5 star experience when we have been.

Nice place and good food. Service could be better but it's possible we just got new people.

6:15pm on a Friday evening with young families enjoying themselves with kids in tow, some that were over stimulated & wailing up a storm. We enjoyed our apps but salads were over dressed. I had added a small steak to my salad, which was perfectly prepared excellent quality of meat. Our first table we were shown to was odd for two people to sit comfortably and top was sticky as was the floor. We were asked to move and to a booth we were shown which was much more comfortable. Our server Dan was great. My Manhattan was primarily vermouth and not bourbon points off for that. All in all the food was ok and I would like to go back during the day when it's light and kids are still in school.

I’m really disappointed in the steaks here. I ordered a 16oz ribeye and It was so tough I couldn’t swallow it. I use to love this place but it’s gone down hill. The salmon and the tuna appetizer are still good.

Branchwater you gotta do better with the steaks! COME ON MAN!

Edit: Branchwater now charges a fee of 3% to use a credit card.
