Have gone 2 times to this location in the last month, and was totally disappointed both times. I ordered turtle sundaes for take out on the first visit, they were not made correctly, and when I returned home they had no pecans on the sundaes. I think the employee was more interested in talking to the friends at the window, than doing his job properly.
I decided to give Bruster's another try this evening, and the turtle sundaes were very skimpy in size.... only 2 scoops of the wrong ice cream, very little whipped cream and no cherries. I know this is petty, but for almost $15.00, I would expect both better service and better sundaes. It will be a long time before I go to this location again. Spend your money elsewhere.

We love this place. Just be ready to witness Indians trying to rip off the poor teens working there. After they pay they complain and put to get more free. Also, the Indians will stand there and ask for 12 samples for a family and then order 1 cone to share. They feed the kid the sample so they don’t have to buy them one. The mom and dad share one cone and ask for a free cup and 2 spoons. The workers are too nice and just give them what they ask. Pretty typical of this area at every restaurant, grocery store, and any where else.
10/10 there so many flavors and all the employees are really nice
Vegetarian options: I’m pretty sure all the ice cream there is vegetarian
Parking: Lots of area to park at
Kid-friendliness: All employees are nice and patient

This location is always the most efficient Brusters. Compared to Old Milton Parkway, this location can serve lots of customers very quickly. I like the scoop size here too compared to everywhere else! I really hope this location continues to do well! It was great seeing it so busy(even at 1030 on a Sunday night) But despite the business, the staff were incredibly efficient, kind, and helpful!

I tried their cake for the first time for my daughter's birthday, and it exceeded my expectations. The chocolate drizzle, vanilla ice cream, yellow cake, and caramel filling combination was a hit among our guests – everyone enjoyed more than one slice of the delicious and creamy cake.

Ordered butter pecan, it was ok could have had more pecans in it and a little more buttery flavor to it but sufficient.
The ice cream is fine, but their milkshakes are terrible. It probably depends on the worker, but twice I've gotten a runny, icy milkshake. Disappointing

This is a local haunt of ice cream lovers (like myself), which seems to include local teens too.Which is hardly surprising, given its centrally located, it has a good choice of ice cream (for both two and four legged lovers of ice cream). And is decently priced. The staff is also cordial. All in all, if you are in the area and craving for ice cream, this is where you need to head.
