My husband and I went to Bruster’s near closing time and my husband got really excellent help from a young lady who seemed happy to let him try a few flavors of ice cream despite it being late. Just really pleasant experience.

First of all, the location is conveniently placed and is great to enjoy an ice cream while the sun sets. The staff are kind and quick in getting ones order and the ice cream is very delicious. I highly recommend the banana split.

My family loves this place. They have so many really good flavors and options, including some vegan and dairy free. The coffee ice cream is on point. Tonight, we were greeted with such a friendly smile and really quick service by Axel. We'll be back soon for sure!

Great service. Delicious ice cream. Axel was so friendly and suggested I sample his fav flavor of the week. It was a winner! 1/2 priced banana splits on Thursdays if you bring in your own banana? Yes, please! Will be back again for sure.

Great convenience to try new bold flavors. Specialty was getting to try yummy flavors like Paan( beetle leaf with a mix of fresh ingredients), kesar( saffron) pistachios and Chiku ( Tropical fruit). The prices are super reasonable. And the scoops are huge..and it's open for till 11pm for a late night..I wish they would bring Bruster's in the Boston location too.

The customer service provided was unsatisfactory, and the manager Chris has been identified as lacking in managerial skills, exhibiting behavior that is considered impolite by many. The quality of White Turtle ice cream has significantly deteriorated. 👎🏾

Have gone 2 times to this location in the last month, and was totally disappointed both times. I ordered turtle sundaes for take out on the first visit, they were not made correctly, and when I returned home they had no pecans on the sundaes. I think the employee was more interested in talking to the friends at the window, than doing his job properly. I decided to give Bruster's another try this evening, and the turtle sundaes were very skimpy in size.... only 2 scoops of the wrong ice cream, very little whipped cream and no cherries. I know this is petty, but for almost $15.00, I would expect both better service and better sundaes. It will be a long time before I go to this location again. Spend your money elsewhere.
