We’ve tried several ice cream spots in the area, and so far, this one stands out as the best. The flavor is excellent without being overly sweet like other places. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with the wide range of options available. I highly recommend this place!

I had the strawberry shortcake cake… and I am currently praying to the toilet gods and my husband had the banana split and threw it out half way down the street….no photos because their in the trash outside of Walmart….

The serving size was very small for a single scoop. Kiddie size. What a joke for the price and not a real scoop of ice cream. Could eat in 4 bites. Go down the road to Kilwins, where they actually give you ice cream.

Joanna especially helped me out. She went out of her way to figure out something that she didn’t know about instead of just saying I don’t know, she figured it out like a responsible young lady and took care of my needs as a customer!

This is a very cute little place with really good ice cream. Their menu is big and have a lot of options. I love all of the flavors I have tried so far but they are on the sweeter/richer side than other places. I love it, but I am just saying it for the people who prefer desserts that aren’t so sweet. Only downside was not being able to order pickup online ahead of time, it says it’s available then it isn’t when you try to place an order, I tried it twice and on different days. It would be nice to have that working so you don’t have to stand outside and wait after you order.
I have been to other brusters and i was on way back and tried here was not comparable with other Bruster’s places at all. Ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae, was terrible lot of whipcream, no icream and they didnt even heatup brownie. Straight up garbage. I would not recommend this

I had a delightful experience at Brusters! Strawberry shortcake sundaes are a classic choice, and the combination of vanilla and strawberry flavors is indeed a tasty one. It's great to hear that the shop was bustling with people enjoying their ice cream.
