Got a take out order, waited for 40 mins. When I came back home with the order found out they didn't add the sauces. And then tried to call them and no one picked up. Avoid this place.

Buyer beware! If you order for delivery and your order is incorrect the restaurant does absolutely ZERO about it! We were given excuses as to why our order was wrong and then they asked us to come pick up the corrected order. Um, NO! I just paid to have it delivered to me so I could relax after driving 1,000 miles. The young lady on the phone was very rude! Be careful ordering from this location.

paid for extra ranch and never received it. took longer than scheduled to receive my order even though there was nobody else there.

This place is a joke. No one is ever working and whoever that does work here doesn’t come to the front when someone walks in and stands in the back on their phone, eating food. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be back.

Ordered from Door Dash-took over an hour for them to give the Dasher my order. Ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken wrap with no tomato, there was no buffalo sauce, just ranch and there was tomato in the wrap. The tatertots were cold.

We ordered online for the 10 free boneless and the app said our food would be ready by 3:20, we got our food at 4:00 ??. The food was decent at best all sauces taste the same and the salt and vinegar rub is only salt. However the fries were quite good, but the worker also forgot our fries when we first got our order.

Ordered through door dash a few times. Wings are always super saucy, cooked just right and order has been complete and perfect each time. Today we branched out and ordered a burger for my son. I was so jealous of his meal, but lucky for me he always shares :) Onion rings and wings lovely as always.

Keep hearing that bww has poor service post covid , experienced the worst of it. The lady in the front desk was very arrogant. Obviously no loss to her, but this review is for the franchise owner, they can look at the camera after 9:30 pm on june 25th on how she behaved and shut the door of the refrigerator. Even the wings were very dry and Never come back here!
Advice:- spend money only to experience the madness and rudeness of front desk employee
