The fish was so good. All our food was hot and fresh. The workers were polite. Our experience was great. Only 4 stars for the atmosphere....the building needs a revamp!

I looked up to see what time the captain d’s on Atlanta rd. In Cumming, GA It showed 10:00pm and when I got to the window to order the man turned the lights off and this was 9:20pm. He knew I was there. You need to get a correct time for closing, I will not recommend this captain d’s to my family and friends.

Today my wife and I went there to have lunch, we got there at 11 o’clock and no staff was there. We waited until 11:15 AM and the manager pulled up. She told us that she can’t get anyone to work for her and she is all by herself.

There was a very rude worker working the drive thru & she was extremely rude. I have a hard time listening & instead of trying to accommodate me she gave me attitude & yelled at me.

Placed an online order. The app didn't show whether it went through or not. So I checked my credit card and it's been billed. I the get in the Drive-Thru line and the order is in. Only one car in front of me and it took a solid 7 minutes for them to get one bag.
My turn comes and it takes probably 3 minutes before they hand me my order. They handed out the window without a word. Just toss a tied bag my way.
Part of my order was a baked potato with butter and sour cream. Got the potato. No sour cream or butter. I'd also ordered fish and shrimp along with cocktail and tartar sauce. Fish was okay but the shrimp was hard as a rock. I think they must have fried it for lunch. There was also not a single packet of cocktail sauce or tartar sauce. So I had 15 pieces of shrimp, lobster bites and fish with no sauce. Other than malt vinegar and ketchup for some reason I got a huge handful of each of those. Store has never really been a standout but it's usually better than this. This was disappointing. $17 for one meal at a drive-thru and it was. This bad is not good.

I went to this Captain D's twice this past week while Dad was in the hospital. My mom kept asking for shrimp. Monday, I got a 10 pc shrimp and a grilled fish and shrimp meal. It was good, but I felt like the meal was a little pricey at $13. Call me old fashioned (or just cheap,) but I'm struggling with paying over $10 for a fast food meal for 1. Mom liked the shrimp. On Friday, she asked for Captain D's shrimp by name, but when I got to the store, I saw that I could get 5 shrimp and 5 lobster bites for the same price as 10 shrimp. She LOVED the lobster bites! It'd be nice if she could get 10 lobster bites.

Well, this will be the last time I eat here, whole dining room was filthy, No tables wiped off. Cashier person did not greet you nor did they say thank you, dug the ice cup into the ice machine with their fingers, which is disgusting. Used to be great must be under new management! Apparently, they brought their kid to work with them. They were sitting at the table with an iPad.
They were short staffed but food was good and service too.

My issue is both the app giving me problems as well as people working at the location. I tried to redeem my birthday reward, but still had to pay $.33. I tried to use Apple Pay, but the app would not let me and I use it all the time. I tried to put in a gift card that I had, but it said there was no balance. I called to verify, and there was in fact a balance on the gift card, but the app wouldn’t show it, so I had to add a credit card. I was spoken to rudely at the drive-through, and decided to go inside to go get the plain cheesecake that I ordered, and was again rudely spoken to. She walked away, handed a guy a slip, and then he handed me the bag without even saying thank you or acknowledging I was a human. It wasn’t until I got home I realized he gave me the wrong flavored cheesecake; I ordered plain and was given Oreo. To add insult to injury, it wasn’t even in the container the way it’s intended to stand up, it was on its side and squished. I am thoroughly disgusted by the whole ordeal. This is never the way I have been treated by the people working there, but the app was a complete disaster and it makes me angry that I had to go through all of that for something that was supposed to be free!
