The service is usually good, but not so much today. The cashier was rude. He spoke in a low tone at the drive through and I could tell he didn't want to be there. Plus, he dropped a packet of butter on the floor, picked it up, and threw it in the bag.

We went through the drive-up to get our food this evening. We got home and part of our order was missing. I went back with my receipt (went in as the line outside was long), and when I got up to the register and let them know we were missing part of our food, the manager (who was working in the kitchen), said he made it and it was in a separate container. I let him know that container didn't make it in our bag and I would like to have it. They had no clue where it went, and the young men working just kept staring at me as if they had no idea what to do. The manager said there were orders in front of mine and it would be a while before I got my food. I asked for a refund instead and they said they were unable to do that as the time lapse from when they ran my card initially and when I came back (no more than 10 minutes), it was too late and they couldn't refund my card, nor would they give me cash, and just continued to stare at me like they were clueless how to handle this. I have never been in such a situation where I felt so disrespected by management. No apology, no explanation, just nothing....I finally ended up leaving, frustrated, no food, no money. My own food at home was cold by then, so not a great dining experience. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

I am really impressed with the new store GM Olga and the excellent quality of the food and extended operating hours.
They have a super front counter associate in Logan and the latest $5.99 Fish Delish, Fish Fish Delish meal deals are incredible, especially compared to many competitive restaurants that have skyrocketed price since COVID 19 over the past 5 years.
Also, many other great menu items and variety.
